Eugene Boney is a professional operating in the banking industry. His extensive experience in project feasibility, valuations & business networks will immensely benefit upcoming initiatives taken up by Community Pathways. Besides his sphere of work, he embraces humanitarian programs as a social responsibility and is deeply inclined towards compassionate service. Mr. Boney hails from Hyderabad, India, and over the years, has demonstrated considerable love for people. He is also on the Board of "UpliftaChild.org", a charitable organization that supports child education across six countries. As Director overseeing operations in Asia, he is a valuable asset to the Community Pathways organization seeking to improve communities in that region

Glenford Joseph - CEO

Dr Joseph comes with over twenty-five years of wide-ranging experiences spanning the Public and Private (formal and informal) Sectors both locally and regionally at senior leadership levels. These experiences cover Academia - institutional advancement, property development, and human capital development; Business consulting services - restructuring, re-culturing, human resource management, productivity improvement, and a variety of other client services. Among his qualifications, Dr Joseph completed his MBA Degree in Accounting and Management and a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership. As Chief Executive Officer, Dr Joseph brings tremendous value and benefits to the Community Pathways through varying experiences. The company seeks to fulfil its mandate by improving communities globally, one project at a time.

Simon Peter

Simon Peter is an Entrepreneur and philanthropist. He hails from the city of Vijayawada, State of Andhra Pradesh in India. With his enthusiasm for missionary work, community development he provides ongoing support for various orphanages & destitute welfare across India & Middle East. Simon presently resides in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. He will be overseeing the supply chain & logistics management for Community Pathways projects across the Middle East. His extensive experience and contribution to our projects are undoubtedly commendable.
