A 2019 Graduate from University of Connecticut, with focuses in English, Economics, and International Studies. She has experience working for a non-profit organization as a grant writer and administrative assistant. Since then, she has worked as a marketing and research associate, and has grown into being an Entrepreneur with focus on business operations; responsible for overseeing the flow of operations on a day-to-day basis & scoping sectors within Federal & Government domain to expand and value-add services of CFS. She will be continuing that role with Connexions Federal Services and will be aiming business strategies in and around Federal sectors.
It isn't every financial executive who can seamlessly shift gears to help lead through the chaos while integrating emerging companies, to turnaround an unperforming business unit, or to lead a cross-disciplinary strategic initiatives team. But this is a primary part of Harsh Furia's signature offering. He is differentiated by an uncommon completement of financial management expertise combined with strong business acumen, allowing him to view a business through a wide lens then narrow down to connect the dots, identify business drivers, understand complex issues, take action, and drive results.
Earning a Master's degree & a CPA License, Harsh is currently serving as Global CFO & brings over 8 years of Financial and Management experience to Connexions Federal Services (CFS). He started his career with one of the leading Chartered Accountancy Firms in India by collaborating with a team who performed several successful audits of Fortune 500 clients and further worked as a Cost Accountant with Dow Chemicals before joining Connexions Federal Services (CFS).

John Saia leads Connexions' Government Services Division, instrumental to the growth and capture of Federal, State, Local and Education opportunities as well as the necessary delivery enablement for his partners to have budgetary agility and top-notch program execution. His expertise within the National Security, Defense, and Federal Civilian space has positioned him as a valued partner of choice for so many Small Set-Aside firms and Large Full and Open contract wins for some of our Government's most sensitive and mission-critical requirements.
Before joining Connexions in 2018, John has held Business Development & Capture and Operational Leadership roles for Large and Small Government Services firms alike since 2010. John possesses an Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
