His research skills spans from supporting design of both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, including electronic forms, to conducting real-time monitoring of data quality, conducting data cleaning & data analysis, and report writing. Aggrey's other research experiences entail, field supervision, research proposal development and evidence dissemination. Aggrey joined CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and he is currently serving as a junior consultant. Before joining CSK, Aggrey supported research activities under various other organizations, including International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, Global Resource Alliance(GRA), World Wide Fund for Nature(WWF), Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric Aids Foundation(EGPAF), Purdue University-USA, International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology(ICIPE), and World Vision Tanzania(WVT). Agnes holds a diploma in Psychology, and has over 2 years of experience successfully supporting quantitative research activities in Tanzania. Agnes began her professional relationship with CSK Research Solutions in 2019, and she is currently carrying out her role as a research assistant. Azizi Msangi

Aziz holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Natural resources economics and business, and he so far has over 1 year of experience in supporting primarily qualitative research activities in Tanzania. Aziz began his professional journey with CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and he is currently serving as a research assistant. Catherine Kahabuka - CEO, Founder

Catherine Kahabuka holds a bachelor's degree in medicine from Muhimbili University, Tanzania (2005) and a PhD in Health Systems from Bergen University, Norway (2012). She has over 10 years' experience conducting research, particularly in the areas of Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (MNCAH), Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), and HIV/AIDS. Since Jan 2013, Catherine has been working as a research consultant where she has been supporting evaluations of several large donor-funded programs in Tanzania. Catherine is highly-skilled and has extensive experience designing and implementing both process and impact evaluations, including applying various innovative evaluation techniques including Human- Centered Design (HCD), Theory of Change (ToC), Participatory Ethnographic Evaluation and Research (PEER), Participatory Action Research (PAR), Projective Technique, Consensus Group Technique, Most Significant Change (MSC) technique etc. Catherine is conversant applying both quantitative and qualitative research methods have experience utilizing the various data management software, including SPSS, Atlas Ti, MAXQDA & N-vivo. Catherine's other research experiences entail, offering quality assurance of research studies, supporting development of research proposals, providing technical review of applications for funding, and supporting dissemination of research findings. Since 2020, Catherine has also been serving as a member of board of directors for Population Council/Tanzania (a research institution with headquarters in New York, United States). Catherine has a total of 36 publications (first author of six) in peer reviewed international journals. When she is not immersed in research related activities, Catherine enjoys long distance running, swimming, working out at the gym, and most importantly having quality family time.

Gallus began working with CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and he is at present serving in the role of a junior consultant. Prior to joining CSK, he had also supported research activities under a number of other organizations including Marie Stopes - Tanzania, National Bureau of Statistics, Endeleza Umoja Foundation, and Restplan Consult Tanzania. When he is not working on his career, Gallus enjoys spending his time reading books, listening to music and volunteering or being involved in community activities whenever he can. Hassan Kihanza

Irene Mapunda

Irene holds an Advanced Diploma is Accountancy from the Institute of Finance Management in Tanzania, and she has over 4 years' worth of experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research activities, particularly in the areas of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), HIV/AIDS, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (MNCAH), Malaria, Education and Conservation. In her time as a research associate, she has taken part in the implementation of various studies in the country, supported several evaluations of large donor-funded programs in Tanzania and she is experienced in implementing some visionary evaluation techniques such as Human Centered Design (HCD). Irene's other skills and experiences in research related activities also comprises of field supervision and coordination, field team management, and the training of data collectors. She is highly competent when it comes to data management i.e. data collection, transcription and translation of data materials, data coding and data analysis, and she is well versed in using data management software such as Atlas Ti and Otter.ai. Irene is currently working as a research associate for CSK Research Solutions and she is also an assistant trainer under Cremes International. She has worked as a consultant in the implementation of several multi-country studies and has also supported various large donor funded evaluation activities (both process and impact evaluation) implemented by CSK Research Solutions Limited. Isabellah has vast experience in supporting health related research activities specifically in the areas of field coordination, supervision, training of data collectors, leading of teams and supporting dissemination of research findings. She has experience in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data using various software including Atlas Ti, MAXQDA and SPSS. Isabellah is currently working as a consultant for CSK Research Solutions and as a trainer in its sister company Cremes International. Richard Makalanzi

Mr. Makalanzi serves as a transport officer and driver at CSK. Mr. Makalanzi started working for CSK in 2014 as a part-time driver and joined CSK as a full-time staff in 2018. His main task is ensuring that all vehicles to be used for data collection activities are in a good shape and available for field activities in timely manner. Mr. Makalanzi is also responsible for managing all other drivers that support CSK's field activities on part-time basis. Mr. Makalanzi hold a track record in driving, including of long-distance trucks and has travelled throughout Tanzania and East Africa.

Salma Jumatatu Ally

Salum Mshamu - Founder

Salum Mshamu has a BSc. in Nursing from Muhimbili University (Tanzania), a master's degree in Public Health from Lund University (Sweden) and a postgraduate diploma in Clinical trials from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He has extensive experience in coordination of research projects, particularly clinical trials, including tightly regulated vaccine and drug trials. Previously, Mr. Salum has worked extensively with programs involving youths, including having served as a project officer for an HIV/AIDS prevention resource center (ISHI Project), under UMATI and as a project manager for the National HIV/AIDS Help line, under Tanzania Youth Alliance (TAYOA). Between 2013 and 2015, while working as an assistant lecturer at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Science (MUHAS), Mr. Salum was providing both technical and implementation support to CSK activities on a part-time basis. Starting Jan 2016, Mr. Salum resigned from his teaching position and became a full-time staff at CSK Research Solutions as a senior Consultant. Starting Jan, 2020, Mr. Salum Mshamu leads an independent clinical trials unit with offices located in Mtwara region, Tanzania.

Samwel Lyangwa

Samwel Lyangwa holds a bachelor's degree in laws from Open University of Tanzania (2010), a Postgraduate in Business Administration from University of Dar es Salaam (2012) and is a Certified Public Accountant under National Board of Accountants and Auditors Tanzania (2021). He has over 8 years' experience supporting logistics for research projects planned in Tanzania, including supporting applications for local approvals, facilitating introductions to local authorities, and supporting all other linkages between clients and local authorities. Samwel is multidisciplinary individual and optimistic with extensive experience in Tanzania regulations/ legal compliance which empowers him every skill needed to make sure approvals and research clearances are secured timely to allow studies to be implemented as planned. Samwel has been supporting CSK as a research logistic officer since 2014 and still serves the same role currently while taking on more challenges related to logistics. Samwel never rests until he has accomplished his mission and does not believe in failing. The latter has made him a very valuable member of CSK team, as nothing can happen unless all logistics for conducting respective studies are in place.

Thabit Bombwe is a graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Zanzibar University, Tanzania.
