Adela Naali holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT). She has over 6 years of experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research activities in Tanzania. Adela is skilled and significant experience in developing qualitative interview guides, conducting qualitative interviews, and transcribing and translating qualitative data materials. Also, Adela has significant experience in supporting electronic quantitative data collection activities (e.g., using a tablet), conducting real-time quantitative data monitoring, conducting data cleaning, and analyzing quantitative data using SPSS software. Her other research experiences entail, report writing and presentation of research findings.
Adela joined CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and she is currently serving as a junior consultant. Before joining CSK, Adela has supported various research activities under other organizations, including FHI360, Girl Effect Tanzania, AVSI Uganda, RTI, NTDCP, Femina Hip, and TCDC.

Adella S. Paul holds a bachelor's degree in Social Protection. She has over 7 years of experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research activities in Tanzania. She is experienced in the development of qualitative interview guides, conducting qualitative interviews, transcription and translation, as well as the coding of qualitative data materials. Adella is also vastly experienced in electronic data collection of quantitative data by using a tablet, conducting data cleaning and the analysis of quantitative data using the SPSS program. Aggrey holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Management and is currently pursuing a masters' degree in Research and Public Policy. He has over 8 years' experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research activities in Tanzania. His research skills spans from supporting design of both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, including electronic forms, to conducting real-time monitoring of data quality, conducting data cleaning & data analysis, and report writing. Aggrey's other research experiences entail, field supervision, research proposal development and evidence dissemination.
Aggrey joined CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and he is currently serving as a junior consultant. Before joining CSK, Aggrey supported research activities under various other organizations, including International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, Global Resource Alliance(GRA), World Wide Fund for Nature(WWF), Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric Aids Foundation(EGPAF), Purdue University-USA, International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology(ICIPE), and World Vision Tanzania(WVT).
In his spare time, Aggrey is a book reader (mostly) but also enjoys watching movies/series, spending time with family and following up on his farm projects.
Agnes holds a diploma in Psychology, and has over 2 years of experience successfully supporting quantitative research activities in Tanzania. Agnes has an ample amount of experience when it comes collecting quantitative data electronically i.e. using a tablet, most notably surveys.
Agnes began her professional relationship with CSK Research Solutions in 2019, and she is currently carrying out her role as a research assistant.
Agnes enjoys using her spare time participating in whatever field work that is available to her.
Astrid holds a bachelor's degree in Education Psychology, and she has over 4 years of experience in the field of research conducting both qualitative and quantitative research activities in Tanzania. She is highly skilled and has vast experience in conducting qualitative interviews, the coding of qualitative data materials, together with transcription and translation. Astrid is also highly competent when it comes to the electronic collection of quantitative data, particularly by using a tablet, and she is just as competent in the presentation of research findings.
Astrid became a part of CSK Research Solutions in 2019, and she is presently serving as a research assistant. Before joining with the CSK team, she had previous experience working with various organizations supporting a variety of research activities, these include Family Health International 360, Damax Research solution, Howard University (FHI360)
In her spare time Astrid likes to watch various documentaries that interest her, and she also enjoys participating in online trainings, for example Yali Network In.
Aziz holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Natural resources economics and business, and he so far has over 1 year of experience in supporting primarily qualitative research activities in Tanzania. His skills with regard to research activities include conducting qualitative interviews, as well as the transcription and translation of data materials.
Aziz began his professional journey with CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and he is currently serving as a research assistant.
When he is not working, Aziz spends his time reading and he is also an avid football player.

Catherine Kahabuka holds a bachelor's degree in medicine from Muhimbili University, Tanzania (2005) and a PhD in Health Systems from Bergen University, Norway (2012). She has over 10 years' experience conducting research, particularly in the areas of Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (MNCAH), Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), and HIV/AIDS. Since Jan 2013, Catherine has been working as a research consultant where she has been supporting evaluations of several large donor-funded programs in Tanzania. Catherine is highly-skilled and has extensive experience designing and implementing both process and impact evaluations, including applying various innovative evaluation techniques including Human- Centered Design (HCD), Theory of Change (ToC), Participatory Ethnographic Evaluation and Research (PEER), Participatory Action Research (PAR), Projective Technique, Consensus Group Technique, Most Significant Change (MSC) technique etc. Catherine is conversant applying both quantitative and qualitative research methods have experience utilizing the various data management software, including SPSS, Atlas Ti, MAXQDA & N-vivo.
Catherine's other research experiences entail, offering quality assurance of research studies, supporting development of research proposals, providing technical review of applications for funding, and supporting dissemination of research findings. Since 2020, Catherine has also been serving as a member of board of directors for Population Council/Tanzania (a research institution with headquarters in New York, United States). Catherine has a total of 36 publications (first author of six) in peer reviewed international journals.
When she is not immersed in research related activities, Catherine enjoys long distance running, swimming, working out at the gym, and most importantly having quality family time.
Daniel holds a bachelor's degree in Food & Biochemical Engineering. He has over 5 years' experience supporting research activities in Tanzania, in particular in the area of qualitative research. Daniel has extensive experience in transcription and translation of data materials, and is highly competent in conducting qualitative interviews.
Daniel joined the CSK Research Solutions team in 2017, and he is presently serving as a research assistant. Prior to joining CSK, he supported research activities with various other organizations such as Savannah Forever International and VSO International.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys performing his role as a real estate agent.
Emmanuel holds an advanced diploma in Marketing, and he has over 8 years' worth of experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research activities in Tanzania. He is immensely experienced in conducting qualitative interviews, in coding of qualitative data materials and in transcription and translation of data materials. Furthermore, Emmanuel is highly skilled and competent in quantitative data collection by using a tablet.
Emmanuel began working with CSK Research Solutions in 2016. Currently, he is performing his duties in the role of research assistant. Preceding his work with CSK, Emmanuel had supported a variety of research activities under a good number of organizations which include, Africa Academy for Public Health (AAPH), Ifakara Health Institute (IHI), Johns Hopkins University (JHU), Tanzania Institute of Monitoring and Evaluation (TIME), Global Resource Alliance (GRA), Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences
Erick holds a bachelor's degree in Development Finance and Investment Planning. In total, he has over 7 years' worth of experience supporting research activities in Tanzania, primarily in the area of quantitative research. He possesses vast experience in collecting quantitative data electronically, specifically by using a tablet.
Erick is currently serving at CSK Research Solutions in the role of research assistant. However, prior to joining CSK, he had supported research activities under other organizations, such as the National Institute of Medical Research (NIMR).
Gallus holds Master's degree in Statistics, and he has over 3 years of experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research activities in Tanzania. His skills in research related activities span from coding of qualitative data materials together with transcription and translation, to quantitative data collection using a tablet, developing survey forms as well as developing electronic data collection forms by using KoboCollect, real time data quality monitoring and cleaning of quantitative data, and last but not least involves quantitative data analysis by using the SPSS program. Apart from this, Gallus is also quite knowledgeable in the area of field supervision and coordination.
Gallus began working with CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and he is at present serving in the role of a junior consultant. Prior to joining CSK, he had also supported research activities under a number of other organizations including Marie Stopes - Tanzania, National Bureau of Statistics, Endeleza Umoja Foundation, and Restplan Consult Tanzania.
When he is not working on his career, Gallus enjoys spending his time reading books, listening to music and volunteering or being involved in community activities whenever he can. He is also an avid sports enthusiast.
Hassan holds a Master's degree in Archaeology, and he has over 7 years' worth of experience conducting a variety of research activities, both qualitative and quantitative activities. He is vastly experienced in developing qualitative interview guides and conducting qualitative interviews, coding of qualitative data materials, and transcription and translation. His skills set also includes electronic quantitative data collection using a tablet and quantitative data cleaning. Furthermore, Hassan's skills also extend to developing research study proposals (general), the presentation of research findings, writing of scientific research articles, field supervision and coordination and last but not least is report writing.
Hassan joined CSK Research Solutions in 2019, and he is currently serving as a consultant. Before joining the CSK team, Hassan had supported various other research activities under a variety of organizations including UNICEF, FHI360, Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS), and University of Dar Es Salaam (UDSM).
In his spare time Hassan is an avid reader, an enthusiastic swimmer and a very dedicated teacher.
Ibrahim holds a bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, and he has over 3 years' experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research activities here in Tanzania. His skills and experience ranges from conducting qualitative interviews together with transcription and translation, to collecting quantitative data electronically using a tablet, and the development of survey forms as well as electronic data collection forms using KoboCollect. Not only that, Ibrahim is also skilled in the development of research study proposals (general), writing of scientific research articles and field supervision and coordination.
Ibrahim is presently serving at CSK Research Solutions as a research assistant. Prior to beginning his career journey with CSK, he had worked with a number of organizations and institutions including Praxis for health, Muhimbili University (MUHAS), Bugando University (CUHAS), and University of Olso (Norway).
In his spare time, Ibrahim is very passionate about preparing canvas arts, as well as preparing framed photo arts.
Iddi holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work, and he has 1 years' worth of experience in the field of research, predominantly in quantitative research activities. He is highly skillful in collecting quantitative data electronically, i.e. by using a tablet.
Iddi began working with CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and he is currently serving as a research assistant. When he is not working developing his career, Iddi enjoys spending his time teaching.

Irene holds an Advanced Diploma is Accountancy from the Institute of Finance Management in Tanzania, and she has over 4 years' worth of experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research activities, particularly in the areas of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), HIV/AIDS, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (MNCAH), Malaria, Education and Conservation. In her time as a research associate, she has taken part in the implementation of various studies in the country, supported several evaluations of large donor-funded programs in Tanzania and she is experienced in implementing some visionary evaluation techniques such as Human Centered Design (HCD).
Irene's other skills and experiences in research related activities also comprises of field supervision and coordination, field team management, and the training of data collectors. She is highly competent when it comes to data management i.e. data collection, transcription and translation of data materials, data coding and data analysis, and she is well versed in using data management software such as Atlas Ti and Otter.ai.
Irene is currently working as a research associate for CSK Research Solutions and she is also an assistant trainer under Cremes International.

Isabellah Luhanga holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania and is currently pursuing her Master's in Public health from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences, finalizing her dissertation. She has over 9 years' experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research activities in the areas of Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (MNCAH), Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), HIV/AIDS, Malaria, WASH and Education. She has worked as a consultant in the implementation of several multi-country studies and has also supported various large donor funded evaluation activities (both process and impact evaluation) implemented by CSK Research Solutions Limited.
Isabellah has vast experience in supporting health related research activities specifically in the areas of field coordination, supervision, training of data collectors, leading of teams and supporting dissemination of research findings. She has experience in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data using various software including Atlas Ti, MAXQDA and SPSS. Isabellah is currently working as a consultant for CSK Research Solutions and as a trainer in its sister company Cremes International.
In her leisure time, Isabella is an avid reader of books, and she enjoys swimming and watching shows on television.
Jacques holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology, and is presently pursuing a master's degree in Public Health. He has over 7 years of experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research activities. His skills range from conducting qualitative interviews, transcription and translation of data materials to electronically collecting quantitative data by using a tablet. Furthermore, Jacques is also highly adept at field supervision and coordination as well as participant recruitment for an activity.

Lulu holds a masters' degree in monitoring and evaluation and has more than 6 years working as a researcher. Lulu is skilled and highly experienced in supporting all activities under quantitative studies, including development of survey forms (including of electronic forms), conducting/supervising electronic data collection activities, conducting real-time quantitative data quality monitoring, quantitative data cleaning, and analyzing quantitative data by using the SPSS program. Lulu is also skilled and experienced in developing program monitoring tools, including selection of key program performance indicators and tools for tracking them.
Lulu joined CSK in 2019 and is currently serving as a research consultant. Prior joining CSK, Lulu has workec with Indepth Ltd, Illionois University, Layola Marymount University and The Girls Foundation Tanzania (TGFT).
In spare time, Lulu enjoys reading books (one of her favorites - Atomic habits by James Clear), Swimming, Jogging, writing poems and painting.
Modesta holds a bachelor's degree in Ethics and Development Studies, and she has over 10 years of experience participating in both qualitative and quantitative research activities here in Tanzania. Modesta is vastly experienced in conducting qualitative interviews as well as transcription and translation of data materials. Apart from that, Rebeka is also greatly competent in field supervision and coordination.

Mr. Makalanzi serves as a transport officer and driver at CSK. Mr. Makalanzi started working for CSK in 2014 as a part-time driver and joined CSK as a full-time staff in 2018. His main task is ensuring that all vehicles to be used for data collection activities are in a good shape and available for field activities in timely manner. Mr. Makalanzi is also responsible for managing all other drivers that support CSK's field activities on part-time basis. Mr. Makalanzi hold a track record in driving, including of long-distance trucks and has travelled throughout Tanzania and East Africa.
Salma is a doctor of medicine by profession, and she has 3 years' worth of experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research related activities. Her skills set span from conducting qualitative interviews, coding of qualitative data materials, analysis of qualitative data materials, to transcription and translation. Moreover, she is also adept in quantitative data collection by using a tablet (Electronic Data Capture) as well as report writing.
Salma began working with CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and she is presently serving as a junior consultant. Before joining CSK, she had also supported other organizations in their research activities, such as AAPH (Africa Academy for Public Health).

Salum Mshamu has a BSc. in Nursing from Muhimbili University (Tanzania), a master's degree in Public Health from Lund University (Sweden) and a postgraduate diploma in Clinical trials from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He has extensive experience in coordination of research projects, particularly clinical trials, including tightly regulated vaccine and drug trials. Previously, Mr. Salum has worked extensively with programs involving youths, including having served as a project officer for an HIV/AIDS prevention resource center (ISHI Project), under UMATI and as a project manager for the National HIV/AIDS Help line, under Tanzania Youth Alliance (TAYOA). Between 2013 and 2015, while working as an assistant lecturer at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Science (MUHAS), Mr. Salum was providing both technical and implementation support to CSK activities on a part-time basis. Starting Jan 2016, Mr. Salum resigned from his teaching position and became a full-time staff at CSK Research Solutions as a senior Consultant. Starting Jan, 2020, Mr. Salum Mshamu leads an independent clinical trials unit with offices located in Mtwara region, Tanzania.

Samwel Lyangwa holds a bachelor's degree in laws from Open University of Tanzania (2010), a Postgraduate in Business Administration from University of Dar es Salaam (2012) and is a Certified Public Accountant under National Board of Accountants and Auditors Tanzania (2021). He has over 8 years' experience supporting logistics for research projects planned in Tanzania, including supporting applications for local approvals, facilitating introductions to local authorities, and supporting all other linkages between clients and local authorities. Samwel is multidisciplinary individual and optimistic with extensive experience in Tanzania regulations/ legal compliance which empowers him every skill needed to make sure approvals and research clearances are secured timely to allow studies to be implemented as planned.
Samwel has been supporting CSK as a research logistic officer since 2014 and still serves the same role currently while taking on more challenges related to logistics.
Samwel never rests until he has accomplished his mission and does not believe in failing. The latter has made him a very valuable member of CSK team, as nothing can happen unless all logistics for conducting respective studies are in place.
Tereza holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work and Social Administration, and she has over 4 years of experience doing both qualitative and quantitative research related activities. Her skills set include conducting qualitative interviews, transcription and translation of data materials and quantitative data collection using a tablet (Electronic Data Capture).
Tereza started working with CSK Research Solutions in 2017, and she is currently serving as a research assistant. Before joining CSK, she had supported various other research activities under other organizations including, World Food Program (WFP), Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation (EGPAF), and JHPIEGO.

Thabit Bombwe is a graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Zanzibar University, Tanzania. He has over 8 years' experience in accounting and finance management having worked with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in Tanzania. He started working with CSK as a part-time financial analyst in 2015 and later on (in 2017) became a full-time staff. At CSK, Mr. Bombwe is responsible for the efficient running of CSK's finance operations, effective management of human resources, IT and administrative systems.
