DEAF DEVELOPMENT AND INFORMATION

Deaf Development and Information Association (DDIA) was established in 2008 and re-registered as Ethiopian resident development assocation in 2010. The founders are deaf persons and their hearing friends who have long years of service in the Deaf community as Teachers and sign language interpreters and other people interested in the welfare of deaf people. The association was established to engage the Deaf people in development activities and Information accessibility issues for Deaf people across the nation. Disability, Development Partnerss (DDP) and Beletu Foundation are among the strong partners of DDIA.
