Brayden Burnett

The third generation to join the family business, Brayden officially joined the team in 2014. He started his career placing people and today he oversees operations and sales. He is passionate about putting people in opportunities to succeed. Brayden is one of the members of The Burnett's Staffing Elite Club starting in 2015. In 2016, he was also awarded Marketer of the Year for business development. He earned his Master's degree from the University of Missouri, where he studied business while playing football for the Tigers. He helped Mizzou to their first SEC East championship and a Cotton Bowl victory in 2014. @BraydenPBurnett.

Danielle Adams

Danielle Adams joined the Burnett's Staffing team in 2013 where she began her career in the Las Colinas office as a staffing coordinator. After receiving Recruiter of the Year in 2015, she was then promoted to Branch Manager. Her employment background consists of administrative support, customer service, client relations, and being a brand ambassador for the National Football League. She has a strong compassion for helping others and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to do so every day with Burnett's! Danielle is originally from Long Island, New York and moved to the DFW area back in 2012. She attended Farmingdale State College, a State University of New York, where she studied Sociology and Psychology. Her hobbies and interests include cooking, fitness, and being a dog mom to her French bulldog Lulu!

Makenzie Bonham - CMO

Makenzie joined the Corporate Team in 2015 as the company's Marketing Director. Specializing in digital marketing and communications, she manages Burnett's Staffing's marketing strategy, public relations, and social media. She is a certified Hootsuite Social Marketing professional, a member of the Forbes Communications Council, and a proud Arizona State University alumna. In 2017, Makenzie and Burnett's Staffing won the American Staffing Association Grand Genius Award for communications programs with, "outstanding marketing, advertising, multimedia, and public relations campaigns." Nikki Howard

Nikki "Sunshine" Howard started with Burnett's in 2018. Her career began in education but soon expanded to include experience in sales, corporate wellness, marketing, and business development. Additionally, she is a grant writer with further knowledge of creating strategic plans and models to aid non-profit organizations in meeting their desired goals. Nikki holds a BA in English and Spanish language and a Master of Art from the University of Saint Thomas in management, with an emphasis on human resources and leadership development. Nikki has a servant's leader heart and a passion for helping others. With her outgoing "SUNSHINE" personality, she is all about building and creating long-lasting personal and business relationships. Nikki enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and entertaining family and friends in her home along with spending quality time with her husband, Tony, son, Jordan, and 3 grandsons-JaKhael, Jordan Jr, and Jrue!

Olivia Teague

Olivia Teague started recruiting for Burnett's Staffing in 2015 where she worked in our North Arlington office. As a result of her ability to successfully match job seekers with employers, Olivia was promoted to Branch Manager in 2017. She now manages operations and staff for our South Fort Worth office. Olivia loves working with her clients to help them secure the top talent they are seeking as well as helping others advance in their chosen professions. In 2016, Olivia received the Personal Growth award and was also one of the first employees to win Burnett's Big Check Lotto based on recruitment placements. Olivia was born and raised here locally in Dallas-Fort Worth. She studied Business Administration and Management at Midwestern State University. Paul D. Burnett

Paul began working alongside his parents, Paul & Joyce Burnett, in 1985 after obtaining his MBA in Marketing and BBA in Management from Texas Christian University. As President and CEO, Paul's involvement includes leading Burnett's Staffing's executive team, overseeing strategy and direction of the company, and actively contributing to strategic partnerships and community outreach programs. Paul is an active member of Vistage and serves on the board of directors for several local organizations. Paul firmly believes that there is a job opportunity for everyone and it is our job to find it. He has a deep-rooted passion for helping others and stands behind the company's undertaking to make a difference in the life of another. @pdburnett.

Shelley Caldwell

Shelley Caldwell began her career with Burnett's Staffing as a Staffing Coordinator in 2011. Shelley was promoted to Senior Recruiter in 2014 and shortly later was promoted to Branch Manager of the Arlington team. She loves being able to make a difference in both her clients' and candidates' lives. In 2017 and 2018, her branch won the prestigious Branch of the Year award. She was awarded Producer of the Year for 2018 and has also won Staffing Coordinator of the Year Award in 2013, and the Burnett's Trip Challenge in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 based on placements. Shelley enjoys reading, collecting 1940's art deco furniture and antiques as well as spending time with her husband, and their labradane, Abby.
