Dr. Marvin Pacheco

Dr. Marvin Pacheco is a marketing consultant and educator who is fueled by the desire to see Caribbean firms grow and become more globally competitive. For over a decade he has been strategically advising private and public sector leaders based on his research in marketing, entrepreneurship, competitiveness, innovation, and economic cluster development. His clients appreciate my customer-centric approach and trust him to be their third eye to discover creative opportunities through his nonlinear thinking. Dr. Pacheco's approach to problem-solving utilizes a combination of experimentation and intuition to develop affordable and sustainable solutions. Dr. Pacheco has spent the past eight (8) years shaping the minds of many of the current and prospective leaders of the Caribbean region by facilitating a range of undergraduate and postgraduate marketing courses and executive education workshops. Many of his students and workshop participants have gone on to perform competently in management positions at leading companies across the region.

Kishaun Gittens

Kishaun Gittens is the director at Digital Development Consulting. His belief, that personal, professional, and even national development first begins with an investment in self, fits well with the ethos of DDC. His experiences have taken him to the diverse environments of the private and public sector where he delivered both timely and thoughtful solutions. Mr. Gittens has worked in the education industry for over 10 years. During this time, he developed knowledge and skills in education management, research, training, planning, personal communication, and critical thinking. His knowledge in Instructional Design and Technology allowed him to contribute to the successful running of Masters programs at a prestigious regional Business School for 9 years. In his time in the education industry, he oversaw the progress from enrolment to graduation of over 200 Masters students.
