DPG Partners is a family owned and operated hotel development and hotel management company focused on exceptional select service hotels and hospitality related development. DPG Partners was formed as the development arm of the Daugherty family and is led by Jack Daugherty & his two sons Mike & Brian Daugherty. DPG began as a restaurant development company in 1980 by Jack Daugherty when he developed his first restaurant in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Jack went on to develop different franchised restaurants in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas & Texas. As teen-agers, both Brian & Mike began working as dish washers and cooks and eventually worked their way up to various management roles.
