Prof. Alfred Ho have helped to establish the Institutes of Management Consultants in Hong Kong, and later, in China. Gregg became an Academic Fellow in 2020 at ICMCI or the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, which is organized under the auspices of the United Nation. To tackle complex challenges in the past, he has joined forces with other professional consultants and academics such as the Hay Group and IBM Consulting. After his retirement in 2012, he has continued to coach high-flyers on a pro-bono basis and was made a special advisor to Aon Global, Fresco Capital, Protiviti, Consumer Council, eBRAM, and several family offices.
