Bob Loftus

Bob Loftus had a long and successful career in the global telecommunications market. He held many executive positions with Cable and Wireless, LLC (1989-2001). He ran sales organizations in many markets including Los Angeles, CA and Houston, TX. In his last position at C&W Bob was Senior Vice President of Alternate Channels managing both direct and indirect sales channels. Under his guidance the division grew from $32M to $144M in annual revenues. After leaving Cable and Wireless , Bob Co-Founded LinkSource Technologies, LLC., a California based IT Consulting and Management firm in which he held roles as CEO and COO. He was responsible for driving sales on the east coast and also was involved in developing and managing the strategic vision of the organization. Under his guidance, LinkSource grew to become a multi-million dollar organization that was also recognized as an industry technology innovator. In 2013, Bob sold his interest in LinkSource Technologies, LLC and began working for S4Worldwide, LLC as its CEO through 2014. Bob was responsible for generating sales in many vertical markets both domestic and international as well as developing S4Worldwide's go to market strategy. Since 2010 Bob has been co-owner of Total Turf Experience, an 80,000 SF indoor / outdoor Sporting Complex located in Mantua, NJ. Bob is married, living in Rosemont, Pa. He is a father of 19 year old triplets and a 16 year old. Bob is an avid golfer, loves skiing and spending time with his family.

Dr. William Hamilton is the founder and Director of The Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology and Landau Professor of Management and Technology in the ​Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. degree in Management from the ​University of Pennsylvania. Following several years of industrial experience as a research engineer and production planner, he studied at the London School of Economics as a Thouron Exchange Scholar where he earned his Ph.D. in Applied Economics. Dr. Hamilton joined the faculty of the Wharton School in 1967. He has taught and conducted research in the areas of strategic management, technological innovation and entrepreneurship, decision analysis and corporate planning and policy. He has also received a number of teaching awards, including the Wharton School Anvil Award for Teaching Excellence, the University's Lindback Foundation Award for Distinguished Teaching, Wharton's Hauck Award for Outstanding Teaching and Wharton's Undergraduate Teaching Award. Dr. Hamilton has also directed research programs in the fields of technological innovation, strategic planning, economic analysis, and technology management. As a co-founder and Director of Research, and later as Associate Director of Penn's Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, he led development of the interdisciplinary research program which was selected in nationwide competition as the National Center for Management Research in the health field. Dr. Hamilton was also a co-founder of Wharton's Department of Decision Sciences (now Operations and Information Management) and played an active role in creating Wharton's Program in Emerging Technologies, The Executive Masters Program in Technology Management in the School of Engineering and Applied Science, and the University's Weiss Tech House. In 1974, Dr. Hamilton was named a White House Fellow and Special Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Transportation. In this capacity he was involved in programs of economic policy, rail system reorganization, and regulatory reform. He received the Secretary's Award in 1975 for his contributions to the Department of Transportation. Dr. Hamilton has lectured and published in the fields of technology management, corporate strategy and planning, technological innovation, systems analysis, and health economics. He has also been an active consultant and has served as a director of a number of public and private companies, including firms involved in biotechnology/life sciences, telecommunications, and information/internet technologies.

Mr. Driscoll is the Founder and Managing Principal of Driscoll Holdings. He was previously a Managing Principal at Striker Partners, responsible for the sourcing, structuring, closing, oversight and exit of numerous successful Private Equity investments. Prior to joining Striker, Mr. Driscoll ran Mellon Ventures' Philadelphia office. Before Mellon Ventures, Mr. Driscoll was President & CEO of Star Anchors & Fasteners, where he directed its successful turnaround in bankruptcy. Prior to Star, he was a Principal at DSP, a private equity group focused on leverage buyouts of firms emerging from bankruptcy. Before DSP, Mr. Driscoll was with the Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group where he focused on strategic and implementation issues, and operational turnarounds of troubled companies. Before business school, he completed the First National Bank of Boston's credit training program and worked in the Restructuring Division. Mr. Driscoll also worked in the firm's High Technology Division both in Boston, MA and in Silicon Valley where he financed companies in a variety of technology industries. Mr. Driscoll has been a guest lecturer for the Finance Department and serves on a panel for the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School, and is the former Treasurer and Board Member of the Philadelphia Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
