With over 25 years of experience, your real estate needs are in good hands... I'm Dan Wright, MAI, CCIM, an independent real estate appraiser, based in Texas. My area of specialty focuses on the appraisal of real estate subject to eminent domain/condemnation acquisitions. I spent a large part of my career in the corporate sector up until 2014 managing, mentoring, and training many of my colleagues in this specialized profession. In May 2014, I decided to depart from the corporate realm to focus more personally on specialized appraisal assignments.
