DYCHES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Dyches Construction Company was incorporated in 1957, by Woodrow Dyches, Sr. In early years the company built houses and eventually branched out into development, purchasing land and then subdividing it. Mr. Dyches developed a number of subdivisions throughout Savannah, including Paradise Park, Wilshire Estates, Oakhurst Subdivision and Oakdale Subdivision.
