Peter created this business at the age of 51 years old alongside his son Dave Durante. Peter immigrated from Italy as a stone mason by trade working on numerous projects in Guelph and surrounding areas. Although Durante Construction & Masonry Ltd. focused primarily on masonry, over the years we have transitioned into home renovations and general contracting... Durante Construction & Masonry Ltd. is a licensed builder/vendor in the province of Ontario through the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA)... Durante Construction is a fully insured corporation. We value this certification to ensure the customer will not be liable for any work place incidents that may occur. This provides a sense of security to the customer, and to the subtrades involved. We are also WSIB insured.
