Charles E. Amato joined the San Antonio Branch board in 2016.
Amato is chairman and co-founder of Southwest Business Corp. (SWBC), a San Antonio-based international diversified financial services company.
He is a regent of the Texas State University System and chairman of the Texas State University System Foundation. Amato is an investor in the San Antonio Spurs and a board member for the Silver and Black Give Back, the nonprofit partner of Spurs Sports & Entertainment. He is also chairman of the Lone Star Capital Bank Advisory Board and vice chairman of the Texas Business Leadership Council. In addition, Amato serves on the board of the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children's Hospital Foundation.

Claudia Aguirre joined the Dallas Fed board in 2019.
Aguirre is president and CEO of BakerRipley, a community development nonprofit with 67 locations across the Houston region.
She served 30 years in the government, education and non-profit sectors, directing large-scale, community-engagement initiatives. She is known for her expertise in child development, community engagement and immigration policy.
Aguirre served under two Houston mayors, and led the design and development of youth programs, including one of the first alternative schools for at-risk students.
She has been featured in publications and articles produced by the Center for American Progress, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Urban Institute and Houston Chronicle, and was recently named among the "2020 Most Admired CEOs" by the Houston Business Journal.
Aguirre serves on the boards of the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities and Greater Houston Partnership.
She earned a master's degree in education and bachelor's degree in political science. She also holds an education executive certification from Harvard University.

Julio Chiu joined the El Paso Branch board in 2017.
Chiu is founder and CEO of SEISA Group, a global provider of medical device services. Previously, he was employed in investment and commercial banking in both Mexico and the United States.
He serves as chair of the Paso del Norte Biomedical Cluster, co-chair of the BorderPlex 2020 Steering Committee and is on the board of Desarrollo Económico de Ciudad Juárez.

She continued her career with Ozona Bank and was appointed to the board of directors, and named president and CEO in 2010, a position she still holds today.
Barclay is a founding member of the Wimberley Rotary Club and finance committee treasurer of the Wimberley United Methodist Church. She has also served as director of the Wimberley Education Foundation and as a member of the City of Wimberley Planning and Zoning Commission, as well as various other local and civic organizations.
