Ecumenical University was founded by Bishop Redfern II. It was an outgrowth of the work of Dr. Stephen Manley's Cross Style School of Practical ministry. Dr. Manley set up training camps for pastors and lay leaders in the rural areas of over 40 undeveloped countries... Ecumenical University is a Christian academic community in the tradition of evangelical institutions of higher education. As such, Ecumenical continues the philosophy of education which first gave rise to the university, and which is summarized in the following propositions.
