Telecom Egypt, Egypt's first integrated telecom operator and one of the largest subsea cables operators in the region, establish a strategic partnership with AMS-IX to build an internet exchange in Cairo inside its largest Certified Tier III international data center facility within the Smart Village in west Cairo.
