Our structured and unstructured environment also allows cognitive based learning. That allows us to encourage active exploration which builds curiosity, and problem solving skills... Health and Safety is a very important aspect in childcare programs. As educators, we must be prepared to prevent and handle all injuries and emergencies. Our education team is lead by our in-house North Carolina Child Care Health Consultant and they are 100% certified in First Aid and CPR; and have completed additional Health and Safety training. Furthermore, our facility has an updated Emergency Preparedness and Response plan that is shared with families upon enrollment. Building access is only granted to parents and approved guest through our screened entry process... We hire, develop and support qualified educators that have both relevant education..
