In her role in Finance and Business Operations, Anne Taylor-Smith is responsible for Infinite Convergence Solution's overall Financial Operations including FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Reporting, Audit and Tax Functions. In addition, Anne also oversees Human Resources Functions and General Business Operations. Anne brings over 20 years of specialized experience in Accounting and Finance with a track record of leading cross-department teams to develop and implement financial and operations controls and processes, which achieve financial objectives, as well as efficiency and productivity improvements, while ensuring compliance with accounting, governmental and other regulations. Prior to Infinite, Anne was Controller at American Capital, where she supported all financial aspects of implementing the company's global strategy and led a cost awareness drive to improve overall liquidity of American Capital in operations and capital structuring. Prior to this, Anne served in roles of increasing responsibility at Organon, a Division of Akzo Nobel, including Assistant Controller, and Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis. At Organon, she also supported profitability expansion initiatives. Anne also held key financial management positions at Epix Medicaland ZEFER overseeing the finance functions for large business groups. Anne holds a Bachelor of Business and Economics degree from Hamilton College. Anurag Lal is the President & CEO of Infinite Convergence Solutions. With more than 25 years of leadership and operating experience in technology, mobile, SaaS, cloud and telecom services, Anurag leads a talented team of innovators who are transforming everyday messaging technology into secure, highly scalable communication platforms that can be leveraged across a variety of markets and segments. Prior to Infinite Convergence, Anurag served as Senior Vice President at Meru Networks (NASDAQ:MERU) and Chief Business Development and Sales Officer at iPass Inc. (NASDAQ:IPAS). During his tenure at these organizations, Anurag played an instrumental role in the successful, multi-billion dollar IPOs for both iPass and Meru Networks. Anurag's background also includes tenures as Vice President of Internet and Multimedia Services for British Telecom (Worldwide) and senior management roles at Sprint International. Appointed by the Obama administration, Anurag previously served as a Director of the U.S. National Broadband Task Force (part of the Federal Communications Commission). In his role on the task force, Anurag helped develop a deeper understanding of global broadband policies, regulations and best practices. He was also a core contributor to the first-ever national broadband plan. Anurag holds a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University, has attended the Senior Leadership Program at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School and is a Wharton Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. A frequent contributor on wireless connectivity, broadband and related security issues, Anurag has received various industry accolades, including recognition by the Wireless Broadband Industry Alliance, U.K., the Maryland Technology Council and Red Herring for exceptional individual and technology contributions to the wireless broadband industry.

As Infinite Convergence Solutions' Sr. Vice President for Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME), Loy oversees sales and operations for the company across the region. Loy brings more than 25 years of telecom industry sales, business development and operating experience throughout the APME region. Prior to Infinite, Loy was managing director of Asia and Japan for iPass (NASDAQ: IPAS), a mobility services provider to both enterprises and telecommunications carriers. At iPass, Loy led regional teams in growing revenues through both the direct and indirect channels. Before joining iPass, Loy was project and alliance director for British Telecom Asia, responsible for managing BT Asia's investments in several Asian-based wireless telecom operators. He also held senior business development positions with KPN (Royal Dutch Telecom) Asia where he was instrumental in sourcing and closing KPN's investment in WiproNet. Prior to KPN Asia, Loy was the regional director for a Washington DC based wireless telecom consulting firm (The Strategis Group), responsible for growing the firm's consulting and publication sales activities with APME telecom operators. Loy received his Bachelor of Science from the University of London, and a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick. Loy has also attended the general management program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Harsh brings more than 15 years of strong business and finance experience in building and growing technology start-ups and a proven track record in diverse leadership roles including product management, marketing, business strategy and finance. Prior to joining Infinite Convergence, Harsh was the Director for finance and business operations at Infinite Computers Solutions where he was instrumental in two product technology and business line acquisitions from the world's largest telecom OEM vendors, Alcatel-Lucent and Motorola. Prior to this, in his multiple roles at Comnet International, a technology start-up, Harsh's key accomplishments include M&A diligence for various product acquisitions & divestures, managing product/project partnerships (AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, Tellabs, Oracle) and delivering on business goals by leading cross-functional teams and projects in a fast paced environment through strategic focus and solid execution. Prior to joining Infinite Convergence, Joanne held the global engineering and development responsibility for Motorola Networks' entire range of messaging platforms and products such as SMSC, MMSC and Gateways. During her many years of accomplishment at Motorola, Joanne successfully led the development of Real-Time Embedded Software for the Wireless Telecommunications Cellular Switch as both a software engineer and manager and also worked in a customer support role forging key customer relationships. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
