Anna brings a rich background to the position that includes experiences as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, trial attorney and in senior management. Most recently, she was the Chief Compliance Officer at Shriners Hospitals for Children and their 22-hospital system. In addition to her interest in teaching, Anna is a versatile linguist. She is fluent in English and Dutch, and proficient in Spanish, French and German.
She leads a very talented team of associates with an established foundation.

Carrie W. Grant is Chief Nurse and Operations Executive (CNE) at Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando. She is a member of the Executive Cabinet, reporting to Nemours President and Chief Executive Officer, R. Lawrence Moss, MD. In this role, she establishes and supports the vision for nursing care and standards for nursing practice and other clinical operational services for Nemours.
Carrie brings to Nemours a wealth of experience, notably as a nurse leader with a 25-year background in nursing, health care operations, education finance, case management and bedside clinical care. She joined Nemours from Intermountain Healthcare's Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, where she served the 289-bed, academic Level I trauma center as CNO. There she led all inpatient-nursing services, pediatric organ transplant programs, the ACS accredited trauma program, pediatric and neonatal flight services, the office of patient experience, and more. Her responsibilities also included an additional 70 beds across four community hospital pediatric units in the state.
Prior to that CNO role, she led the charge as nurse administrator and served as director of pediatric education services for Intermountain Healthcare. Carrie has a solid background in continuous improvement, working in a mature high-reliability organization with experience in just culture, and leadership of patient and staff quality and safety initiatives. She is passionate about safety, evidence based practice, and relationship centered team based care to improve patient and associates experiences.
Carrie received a Master of Business Administration degree at Brigham Young University, a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida and an ADN/ASN from Florida Community College in Jacksonville, Fla. Carrie also participated in a Masters of Nursing Education Certificate program at Westminster College in Salt Lake City.
She currently serves on the Ronald McDonald House Charities board and contributes to the work of the Institute for Healthcare Excellence. Carrie is a proud mother of two sons, a daughter, son in law, and two grandchildren. In her free time she loves spending time with her family enjoying tennis, hiking, the beach, the water and travel.

Catherine M. Bonuccelli, MD, was born in Washington, D.C. She received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Georgetown University. Dr. Bonuccelli graduated from Johns Hopkins Medical School and completed her internship and residency at Johns Hopkins University Hospital. She later completed a clinical pediatric fellowship at Hopkins' Eudowood Division of Pediatric Respiratory Sciences.
Dr. Bonuccelli was Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Virginia School of Medicine where she was Associate Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Center and established a new clinical division within the Department of Pediatrics, including a provision of sleep studies, documented home apnea monitoring, pulmonary function and bronchoscopy services.
In 1994, Dr. Bonuccelli joined Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals as Assistant Director of Pulmonary Therapeutics. Since then, she has held positions as Medical Director of the Medical Research Group, and U.S. Drug Development Business Strategist. Currently, she is Global Vice President for Symbicort, Astra Zeneca's largest respiratory brand with global responsibility for product strategy and execution worldwide. Dr. Bonuccelli joined the Nemours Board of Managers, Delaware, in 2006.

Cindy Bo has served as Senior Vice President, Delaware Valley Strategy & Business Development for the Nemours Children's Health System since 2014. She has worked in healthcare strategy for over 20 years, ranging across the provider, payor and life sciences sectors. Cindy was named by Becker's Hospital Review in 2017, 2016 and 2015 as one of the top 130 women hospital and health system leaders to know in the United States, as one of Delaware Today's 2017 Top Women in Business Honorees, and she is a TEDx Speaker.
Cindy has more than 25 years of healthcare expertise in strategic planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and finance transformation, and has worked with industry leaders to improve the viability of healthcare delivery and management of population health. In the Nemours Delaware Valley (DV) she manages the strategies, business development processes, and strategic clinical and vendor partnerships that support new growth and integration opportunities, driving the business planning process for clinical services and programs. Some of the key programs she has developed include the Perinatal / Advanced Delivery Program. Centers of National Prominence strategic plans. Luminary Programs. the opening of Nemours Ambulatory Care Centers such as Glen Mills; and practice acquisitions to grow primary care in the DV. She currently oversees International Strategy, Community Engagement and the Office of Health Equity and Inclusion. As a co-founder of the Value-Based Services Organization in 2017, she continues to work with the VBSO to advance the transition to value.
Before joining Nemours, Cindy was a senior manager and Ellen Gabriel Fellow with Deloitte's Healthcare M&A Practice, where she led strategic transformations, M&A deals, and revenue cycle management for major health and provider systems, health plans and retail health in the U.S. and around the globe. In a previous Finance Director role with Novartis, she led the Business Planning & Analysis Center of Excellence, managing strategic planning for Novartis' North American Primary Care portfolio.
She is a board member of the Clinic for Special Children in Strasburg, PA, Mercy Health Mercy Kids in St. Louis, MO, the American Lung Association (Mid-Atlantic), and the Delaware Center for Health Innovation. Cindy is also a Malcolm Baldrige Executive Fellow and a governor-appointed member of the Delaware Economic and Financial Advisory Council. Cindy has earned her MBA, with high distinction and honors, from Columbia Business School, and her BS, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University School of Management.

As Chief Communications Officer, Gina leads the development and execution of a comprehensive and proactive communications and brand strategy to support Nemours' strategic goals. Her responsibilities include developing, promoting, and protecting the Nemours brand on a global scale by activating and advancing the organization's vision, values, and strategy to create compelling narratives that resonate with Nemours' audiences.
Gina also leads the Nemours Center for Health Delivery Innovation (CHDI), Enterprise Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Marketing and Communications.
Her leadership of more than 20 years at Nemours has included building its electronic medical record platform which continues to be an integral part of Nemours digital health strategy, as well as its achievement of the prestigious Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Stage 7 top ranking. Under her leadership, Nemours has been recertified HIMSS Stage 7 and has been a recipient of the CHIME and Modern Healthcare Custom Media's Most Wired award for seven consecutive years.
Gina Altieri was born in Philadelphia. She earned a BS in accounting from Drexel University and achieved the CPA designation in 1988. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband Augustine (Gus) and enjoys spending time at their beach house in Ocean City, N.J.

Matt Certo serves as CEO and Principal of Findsome & Winmore, an Orlando-based digital marketing agency. Originally called WebSolvers, the company's first client was his alma-mater, Rollins College. Matt built the college's first website out of his dorm room at the age of 19. Since then, Matt has grown the company into a fully-integrated digital marketing agency with experienced professionals, a diverse client base and an ever-increasing suite of services. His clients have included National Retail Properties, Darden Restaurants, Newman's Own Organics, Fiserv and McGraw-Hill.
Apart from the growth of the company, Mr. Certo's work in the industry has been extensive. Robert D. Bridges is Enterprise Executive Vice President and Chief Executive of Florida Operations, including Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando and Nemours Children's primary, specialty and urgent care practices throughout Central and North Florida. The Operational Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Nemours Children's Hospital, the Chief Medical Officers for North Florida and Pensacola, the Enterprise Vice President of Nemours Florida Network Operations and the Florida Director of External Affairs report to him.
Mr. Bridges, a Jacksonville, Fla., native, is based at Nemours headquarters in Jacksonville, Fla., and a member of the Executive Cabinet reporting to Nemours President and Chief Executive Officer, R. Lawrence Moss, MD. He has served Nemours as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Services and Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2013, responsible for financial leadership and management accountability for the effective operation of the business.
He joined Nemours in 1999 as Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer. In 2003, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Nemours, he served as Senior Manager with KPMG LLP, working primarily in the healthcare and insurance industries. His experience in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, and capital formation position him well to help lead Nemours in developing viable clinical and business models to advance the organization's strategy.
Mr. Bridges has also developed and led the execution of the organization's fiscal and enterprise services strategies, yielding tremendous financial and operational capabilities and results in support of Nemours' mission.
He attended the University of North Florida, where he earned a degree in business administration with a minor in English and completed the requirements to become a certified public accountant.
Mr. Bridges currently serves on the Florida Hospital Association Board of Trustees and the Florida Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board of Trustees. He is a member of numerous organizations including American Medical Group Association (AMGA), Medical Group Management Association, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He is past chair of the Child Guidance Center Board of Directors and is a past president/director of the North Florida Region of the HFMA.
