Lydia joined Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in November 2021 as the Chief Compliance Officer. Most recently, she spent several years as an independent Quality / Compliance consultant partnering with psychiatric hospitals and outpatient programs to improve clinical quality, compliance, risk management and process improvement. Lydia's approach is driven heavily by systems review, performance improvement processes, and the use of data to measure success.
Ms. Rudy has extensive operational experience as a leader for organization-wide regulatory readiness in the behavioral health market. She previously held the role of Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Quality for Haven Behavioral Healthcare supporting quality, compliance, risk management, health information management and utilization management.
In addition to her consulting and leadership experience, Ms. Rudy also has a clinical background and has worked with children, adolescents, and families. Over the course of her career, Ms. Rudy has seen behavioral healthcare through the eyes of the clinician, supervisor, manager and executive. She understands the importance of developing processes for quality, safety and compliance from each of these unique perspectives.
Ms. Rudy received her master's degree in social work from the University of Michigan and her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado.

Rebecca joined Eating Recovery Center / Pathlight Mood & Anxiety in March 2018, serving as its President and Chief Operating Officer prior to becoming the Chief Executive Officer in August 2019. Rebecca joined ERC Pathlight to expand access to care for Americans struggling with mental health issues, experienced by multiple close and distant relatives in Rebecca's life. While coming from a business background, Rebecca saw the opportunity (and need) to further expand ERC Pathlight's evidence-based, industry-leading care nationally through more systematic clinical standards, training, referent education, outcomes measurement, and technology enablement. She is motivated to see the state of mental healthcare access and outcomes on par with those in medical care in this country.
Prior to joining ERC Pathlight, Rebecca served as CEO of Hero Practice Services, a dental practice management company with 25 nationwide practices primarily serving children in under-served communities with Medicaid-funded healthcare. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Paladina Health, a start-up and wholly owned subsidiary of DaVita Inc. Rebecca also served as its Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer of the dialysis business from 2009 to 2011.
Rebecca earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BS in Political Science with Distinction from Princeton University and subsequently worked with Bain & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. A competitive swimmer for nearly 15 years, she now enjoys sports with plenty of fresh air and great views -- hiking, biking, golf, and mogul skiing. She lives with her husband and three children in Louisville, Colorado.

Terry Price joined Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in March 2021. Terry is experienced at IT Management, design, and delivery of revenue centric technology solutions, and mentoring and developing multi-disciplined teams in healthcare organizations. Prior experience includes the design and management of a specialty behavioral health EMR company, integration and operations for a specialty anesthesia practice, Site Director of a phase 1 clinical pharmacology unit, Chief Operating Officer of a consumer-directed healthcare company, Chief Information Officer at a leading South Florida Financial institution, and Project Director for the building of the Queen Mary 2.
Terry holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, an Associate's Degree in Nuclear Physics from the University of London (Greenwich) and is certified in SAP, and ASAP Project Management Methodology.
Terry joined the Royal Navy Submarine Service at age 16 and for over 23 yrs. served in both the Royal Navy and Royal Marines. Terry served in UK Submarines and US Special Forces throughout the world and attained the rank of Commander.
