For nearly 15 years, she has practiced employment law with a special focus on workplace culture and equal employment opportunity. Darah's experience includes leading companies in various industries (healthcare, hospitality, tech, etc.) through the creation, implementation and monitoring of progressive policies and initiatives that drive workplace fairness while also complying with applicable federal, state and local laws. She is a graduate of Emory University's Goizueta Business School (B.B.A.) and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., cum laude).

Matthew S. Harrison - CEO

is a human resources executive with nearly two decades of experience leading programs and initiatives in the areas of: organizational development, talent management, talent acquisition, learning & development, team building, employee relations, performance management, change management, and diversity & inclusion. Along with serving as SVP of Talent & Development at Jackson Healthcare, Matthew is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at The University of Georgia. He has authored book chapters as well as several academic journal articles on the topic of workplace diversity. Matthew is a graduate of Emory University (B.A.) and The University of Georgia (M.S. & Ph.D.).
