Greg Ericson - CEO, President

On September 9th, 1999, (9-9-99) Greg Ericson merged all of his business ventures into Ericson Group Inc, a full-service entertainment and marketing company. Most recently Ericson Group (EGI) has been working with Penn National Gaming (PNG) at three of their properties; Hollywood Casino Charles Town, WV; Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg, IN; and Argosy Casino in Riverside, MO, and we have done a few charity events with their Corporate Office in conjunction with the American Cancer Society. To date we have booked & produced over 180 shows and events with PNG. Ericson began his career in the entertainment business in 1978 with the Busch Entertainment Corporation at Busch Gardens theme park and Adventure Island water park, both in Tampa, FL. He worked in all areas of the park including Operations, Merchandising, Tours, Special Events and Marketing. When the Busch parks started producing their own concerts, he had the opportunity to work with acts such as Bryan Adams and the Atlanta Rhythm Section.

Maria Cervantes McNeil - COO, VP

Maria McNeil started with Ericson Group in 1999 as a Marketing Assistant. Now as Account Manager, she handles clients such as International Paper, the National Civil Rights Museum, the Rock n Soul Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the San Juan Marriott Stellaris Casino to name a few. As a long time employee Maria has been able to grow along with her client base including Eurest Dining Mexico where her Spanish speaking skills have been instrumental in developing new business relationships in markets outside the US.Maria moved to Memphis is 1998 and began working for Allenberg Cotton Company.

Stephanie Clem

Stephanie Clem opened Ericson Group Florida in January 2011. She has been focusing on growing relationships in the Florida market. Stephanie currently handles clients such as Seminole Gaming's Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. She is extremely detail oriented, with a wealth of knowledge in the promotional sales arena. Stephanie has the ability to resourcefully work within any budget and capture the creativity, theme, and needs of her clients. Stephanie started her business in sales and marketing working with non-profit agencies. In this role she generated new business leads and maintained an existing client base by providing excellent customer service. This position provided skills in merchandising, group sales, fundraising and advertising. She started her professional career as a teacher and worked in elementary education for 11 years. In addition to her regular classroom activities, she was selected to present workshops, provide teacher and parent trainings, mentoring of college level interns, and served on numerous committees and boards in leadership roles. Stephanie earned her Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Central Florida.
