Chelsea Woodworth is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer (AZCLDP), which means she can prepare court documents on your behalf without a lawyer. Please be advised that Chelsea is not an attorney and she does not employ attorneys. She is unable to provide you with any legal advice or opinions while acting as a Legal Document Preparer. Originally from a small town outside of Buffalo, New York, Chelsea has lived in various cities inside and outside of the United States. In 2007, while vacationing in Arizona, she quickly fell in love with the area and moved here shortly afterward. Chelsea graduated on the Dean's List from Buffalo State College with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. After graduation, she worked as a Crime Victim Advocate, an Undercover Private Investigator, and for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). After almost seven (7) years working for DHS, Chelsea desired a career change into the legal field. In 2013 Chelsea graduated on the President's List with a 4.0 overall GPA from Phoenix College with her Certificate in Paralegal Studies. She began working in the legal field immediately afterward. Shortly after obtaining her Paralegal Certificate, Chelsea earned the title of Certified Paralegal (CP) from NALA, the Paralegal Association. In 2016, Chelsea earned the title of Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) from NALA. Recently, Chelsea was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court to serve as a member of the Board of Nonlawyers Legal Service Providers. The Board is responsible for making decisions regarding code changes, certification, and disciplinary matters involving Arizona Legal Document Preparers and Legal Paraprofessionals. Chelsea is passionate about the dog rescue community and enjoys spending her time with her four (4) rescue dogs, who all have special needs.
