Anna was appointed to VP of Human Resources in September 2021 and is responsible for all aspects of human resources, people management, and culture creation. Anna previously held the position of Global HR Director and managed regional human resources and a variety of generalist roles within Laird Connectivity. Since joining Laird Connectivity in 1999, she has been instrumental in integrating human resources initiatives into the strategic goals of the organization. Before Laird Connectivity, Anna worked for Tetra Pak and Trustmark Insurance. Anna holds a BA in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.

Bill has served as the CEO of Laird Connectivity since September 2021. Previously, Bill was the VP of Strategic Business Development since joining Laird Connectivity as part of the LSR acquisition in 2015. Prior to the acquisition, Bill served as the president and board member for LSR since 2002, which included the wireless module business and the engineering design and EMC testing services. Bill earned a bachelor's degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

David joined Laird Connectivity in 2016 as the Director of Cybersecurity. He assumed the role of Sr. Director of IT in January 2020 and was appointed as VP of Information Technology in September 2021. Prior to joining Laird Connectivity, David led an IT architecture team at Monsanto, was an enterprise consultant at Microsoft, and was the Director of Application Architecture and Information Security and Disaster Recovery at Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Jarrod joined Laird Connectivity in 2021 as Senior Director of Supply Chain and has served as VP of Operations since September 2021. Before joining Laird Connectivity, Jarrod was Director of Global Supply Chain at Young Innovations and VP of Asia Operations at Victorinox AG. Jarrod also served as Asia Pacific Souring Manager with Millipore Sigma and Director of Offshore Sourcing at Spectrum Brands. Jarrod holds a BBA from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.

Jen Sarto has served as the VP of Sales for Laird Connectivity since January 2019. Previously, Jen served as Director of Sales in North America for Laird Connectivity's module business. Jen joined Laird Connectivity as part of the LSR acquisition in 2015, where she held multiple sales leadership roles including VP of Sales. Prior to joining LSR in 2007, Jen worked as a field sales engineer for a manufacturer's representative company supporting lines including Texas Instruments, M/A-COM, and SanDisk. Jen holds a B.E. from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Jonathan was appointed to VP of Product Management & Marketing in September 2021 having previously served as Senior Director, Product Management at Laird Connectivity for 10 years. Jonathan joined Laird Connectivity as part of the EZURiO acquisition in 2008 and has extensive experience in Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy (LE), LoRaWAN, cellular IoT, proprietary RF, and 802.11 wireless solutions and ecosystems. Jonathan holds a BA from Liverpool John Moores University.

Kurt Furlong has served as VP of Engineering since October 2021. Previously, he held the position of Director of Engineering in the Design Services division and a variety of other hardware, software, and project leadership positions to bring IoT systems and solutions to market. Kurt joined Laird Connectivity as part of the LSR acquisition in 2015 and has also worked for Rockwell Automation and Industrial Design Services. Kurt has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Somer joined Laird Connectivity in June of 2020 as Financial Controller and has served as CFO since October of 2021. As the company's CFO she strives to ensure a "best in class" finance organization while also serving as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team. Prior to joining Laird Connectivity, Somer was the Accounting Manager and Operations Controller at Akron Brass, a $200M subsidiary of IDEX Corporation. There she oversaw all accounting and finance functions and partnered with the operations team to drive inventory and operational cost improvements. Prior to Akron Brass she held various finance roles within the corporate offices of IDEX Corporation, a $2.5B publicly traded, multi-national, diversified manufacturing company. During her tenure with IDEX her roles included Global FP&A, SEC Reporting, Global Consolidations, and Technical Accounting Expertise and Financial System Administrator. Throughout her career she has also held roles in both internal and external audit and governmental municipality accounting. Somer is a CPA and holds a BS in accounting from DeVry Institute of Technology and an MBA from Western International University (AZ).
