MJ Fitzpatrick Ltd and Village Partnerships are sister companies that specialise in the delivery of new-build housing on behalf of housing associations and registered providers. Since the establishment of MJ Fitzpatrick Ltd as a developer of new homes in 2006, we have now expanded the businesses, allowing us to provide a housing delivery service, from initial site selection, through the planning process, the construction and handover of new build housing, drawing on our directly employed designers, engineers, and site-based trades. We now deliver approx. 400-500 new homes per year split accross the East and West Midlands area... Fitzpatrick Development Group specialise in sectors geared towards the UK and Ireland construction, civil engineering and social housing industries.
