Christopher J. Tyler Fugitt is an Attorney with Franson, Iseley & Associates, P.A. Mr. Fugitt received his Bachelor's degrees in both Accounting and Finance from Florida State University's College of Business in 2010, his JD from Florida Coastal School of Law with a Certificate in Business Law in 2014, and his MBA from Jacksonville University's Davis College of Business in 2014 where he graduated suma cum laude and received the 2014 Outstanding Student Award which recognized him as the top student in his MBA program. Mr. Fugitt was admitted to the Florida Bar and the Middle District of Florida in 2015. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, contracts, real estate, construction liens, payment and performance bond litigation, commercial liability insurance defense litigation, business purchase and sale transactions, business formation, construction project guidance, construction industry licensure, commercial collections, and business torts. Mr. Fugitt has significant experience litigating multimillion-dollar complex construction defect cases and class action lawsuits.
