The standard 1 year warranty covers all of our products, just like you'd expect from any retailer. But what happens after that one year is... We are centrally located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have many years of experience in the 12 volt industry! We are MECP certified and also hold certificates in Wire & Cable Design, DS4 training, Voxx University training and Lojack installations. We set out on a mission to design, create, and offer the most advanced plug & play remote start kits on the planet. Our harnesses are 100% plug & play with very few exceptions. We strive to stay innovative with our design integrations and all of our creativity is done right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We work with a high end manufacture to bring our ideas to reality.
