FRIENDS OF COBNAR

The Friends of Bolehill Wood is a community group, formed in January 2021 by local residents who are concerned about the threat of development faced by the wood from any new owner. It is worth noting that many people refer to the woods as Cobnar Wood (hence the website name) however it is in fact Bolehill Wood - Cobnar Wood is on the opposite side of Cobnar Road and now forms part of Graves park... As a community group we are working to preserve and protect Bolehill Wood... The initial asking price was £85k. We offered £86k, and were refused. To stay in the running, the seller asked for another offer over £120k.
