Two years ago I left the corporate world and below I am sharing what drove me to start my M.Ed. with Teaching Credentials program... My motivation is rooted in my love for learning, my values, and the drive to share knowledge, experience, and life skills with the younger generation. Coming from a multi-cultural background and having lived in Europe, Asia, and the US, I am aware of the need to respect and balance the students' different backgrounds with the educational demands and preparing them to develop a high level of self-efficacy to navigate life in this global world, starting in school... Learning is a life-long hobby for me, I started studying Spanish at UCSD-Extension years ago, and today I am preparing for my DELE C1 Operational Efficiency exam (Certified by the Spanish Ministry of Education).
