Robert is intimately familiar with dispute resolution having worked for 28 years as a civil litigator. He was trained as a mediator in 2020 through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program at Conrad Grebel College at the University of Waterloo and moved away from litigation practice in early 2021 to focus exclusively on providing mediation services to litigants and those in need of assistance with dispute resolution... Robert brings to his mediation practice a wealth of experience litigating civil disputes. He started his career representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in commercial actions and then spent over 26 years at two of Toronto's most well established Personal Injury law firms representing victims of serious trauma in civil disputes.
