Adam joined RBC Dominion Securities Inc. eight years ago after spending 13 years in the Canadian Forces as an Air Navigator. Adam now applies the lessons learned from that unique experience to the practices of the Investment Advisors that he works with. Adam's focus is to improve team practice management and discipline to provide a superior client experience. Adam is married with two kids, where all of his spare time and energy are focused.
Aixa Bravo has been in the financial industry since 2007. She brings to this role a range of experience from the roles that she has held both in retail banking and private wealth management. Throughout her professional career she has always focused on what is important to clients through a holistic financial planning approach. She loves building relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.
In addition to the knowledge she has obtained through her experience, Aixa has completed the Canadian Securities Course and Conducts and Practices Handbook Course. She has a Bilingual Bachelor of Arts from Glendon College, York University. And is also fluent in the Spanish language. Aixa lives in rural Ancaster with her Husband and three sons. She loves being outdoors, playing sports and travelling.

With over 20 years of experience as a Branch Operations Manager for DS, Carolyn Stewart brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, and to her branch.
She utilizes her many skills and strengths, liaising between all levels of outside support and the branch to create efficiencies for clients and advisors alike.
Carolyn's ambition and high energy are a driving force behind many of the staff appreciation events and community projects. She creates a warm and positive work atmosphere every day.
In her spare time, Carolyn loves to travel to tropical destinations, enjoys playing co-ed baseball, and when not gardening, she can be found hiking and exploring the great outdoors with her two dogs, Troy and Wilfrid.
Catie joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2021 after several years as a District Vice President at one of the world's largest asset managers. As Associate Branch Director in Burlington, Catie works closely with advisor teams to support business growth, career development and drive the overall strategic focus of the branch. Catie uses her previous experience by helping teams apply best practices in client service, investment management and process.
Catie graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration, focusing in finance and economics. As a strong believer in ongoing education, Catie is currently pursuing her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. Outside of the office, Catie's passions include cooking, travelling, and spending time at the family cottage on Lake Huron.
