GIO's Bar & Grill was founded in 2021 by Gilberto Gonzalez and Rosel Torres. Both owners immigrated from Peru in 2000 and have spent the majority of their careers in the restaurant industry. Gilberto has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has spent the last few years as an Executive Kitchen Manager for The Cheesecake Factory and BJ'S Brewhouse Restaurant.
