Doug has built distinguished career marketing to multiplatform and multicultural consumers and oversaw all the marketing efforts for Music Choice's free On Demand network including its original programs. During his tenure at Music Choice, he oversaw execution and implementation of all on-channel advertising and off-channel marketing including securing partnerships with Affiliates (Xfinity, Verizon FiOS, Charter and Cox) radio stations, TV networks, and flagship events. Prior to Music Choice, Doug honed his craft as a Music Director and DJ at Willis Broadcasting where he had a top rated Hip-Hop show, a media analyst at DDB Needham Worldwide for such brands as Amtrak, Cigna, and Hasbro, and consulted for Coca-Cola Classic, Levis Strauss, Courvoisier Cognac and Grand Marnier. A native New Yorker, Doug holds an MBA from Metropolitan College of New York, and B.A. from Hampton University.

Nikki is a creative, results-driven program and talent marketing manager with 15+ years of experience in executive administration, media marketing, and events/program management, with a track record of leading successful integrated media campaigns. Prior to joining GSM, she served as the Lifestyles and Talent Management for over six years at Emmis Communications (HOT 97, 98.7 KISS-FM, & 101.9RXP), where she negotiated with brands, multi-level celebrities, vendors, union and non-union organizations for venue contracts. In the role of Lifestyle Engagement Director for GSM, she's augmented her experience with initiatives such as data mining, brand creation, lead generation, channel partner cultivation, well as CRM and acquisition strategies allowing GSM clients a 360-brand innovation. Nikki has earned an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior-Human Resource Management, a B.B.A. In Human Resources, and an A.S. in Business Administration.

Noah Jolles

With 15 years in the recording industry, and a former executive for Interscope and Priority Records. As Director of Video Promotions and Television relationships, Noah was part of the management team at Interscope Records that assisted in launching the careers of Dr. Dre, Gwen Stefani/No Doubt, Eve, Eminem, Ruff Ryders, Marilyn Manson, and Limp Biskit/Fred Durst amongst others. As the President of ND Promotions, a division of Globe Star Media, Noah continues to assist artists and labels with their relationships at the premier music television stations (MTV, BET, VH1, and Fuse), while also creating digital promotion plans for music content. ND Promotions has launched and assisted in the launching of independent artists Sean Paul, Paul Wall, Mike Jones, Tamia, Shawty Low, G-Unit, Lil Boosie, Joe, Trina, Rakim, Don Omar, and many more.

With an infectious energy and a commanding presence, Sandra Smith is a force to be reckoned with. A veteran of the entertainment industry, she has single-handedly helped usher in some of the biggest names in music today, including Bon Jovi, Aaliyah, Brian McKnight, India Arie, Brandy, Lil K, Timbaland, Snoop Dogg and many others. Throughout her tenure, she has helped oversee the sale of over 10 million records and countless Grammy nominations/wins. Sandra has organized and executed countless national and local events. She is a strong team leader, who possesses an innate ability to set and achieve goals; she who knows how to inspire and motivate her team to goal completion.

Tracy Millan

Tracy started her career in the marketing department at Sony Discos Puerto Rico working with tropical and pop legends Gilberto Santarosa, Mark Anthony, Victor Manuelle, Ricky Martin, Gloria Estefan, and Shakira. In 1999, Sony Columbia records relocated Tracy to New York City as part of the marketing management team to launch the English-language recording careers of Marc Anthony, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin, in what was described as the Latin Crossover Boom, the most successful era for Hispanic artist's music sales in US history. As the marketing and promotions director for Globe Star Media, Tracy has been responsible for the US tours of Buena Vista Social Club creator Juan De Marcos, which included the largest Cuban music tour in Canadian History. Tracy is also responsible for artist's relations, press, and Hispanic marketing for all GSM concerts.
