GMSCARE

GMScare was approved by CMA, CNAS, ABS and LR, more than half of the staffs are doctoral degree and master's degree, forms a professional team of high-level testing engineers. Now, GMScare has been recognized by the National Development and Reform Commission as the Qingdao Center of National Engineering Laboratory for Technology of Testing and Experiment in Offshore Engineering Equipment. In Dec. 2019, GMScare signed the cooperation agreement with Shanghai Ocean University, officially became the Exclusive Business Team and Cooperative Lab. of Shanghai Ocean University Ballast Water Detecting Lab(SHOU-BWDL), and also the Science and technology achievement transformation base of SHOU. SHOU-BWDL is the only lab in China approved by both IMO and USCG for land-based & shipboard test of BWMS type approval, also get the certificate of CMA and CNAS. The Lab is accepted by DNV as Service Supplier for IMO D-2 biological efficacy test during BWMS commissioning test, LR recommend SHOU-BWDL for IMO..
