Alan R. Steinberg, CPA, joined the firm in 1980 and became a Shareholder in 1991. As part of his strategic succession plan, he is now an active Principal at Gordon Advisors. Specializing in taxation, Mr. Steinberg has expertise in such areas as partnership taxation, real estate accounting, IRS audit representation and auditing of HUD-assisted developments.
Alan is a graduate of the University of Michigan - Dearborn, holding a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an accounting major. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently also a board member of the Almont, Imlay City, Capac Kiwanis.
Alan S. Kristall, CPA, is a Principal at Gordon Advisors, P.C., and has been with the firm since 1973. Mr. Kristall employs his background as a former IRS agent when negotiating with tax authorities. Specializing in the manufacturing and real estate industries, he also has expertise in business consulting areas such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate, distribution and estate planning.
Alan holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Wayne State University, and was certified as a CPA in 1972. He holds series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Accountants Guild, the Oakland County Estate Planning Council and several religious organizations.
Amy C. Johnson, CPA, is a Senior Manager in the tax department at Gordon Advisors, P.C. She joined the firm in 1995 and has over twenty-five years of public accounting experience in taxation along with corporate, personal and small business accounting.
Ms. Johnson holds a bachelor of arts in accounting from Michigan State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Cheryl has extensive experience in the areas of professional service companies, construction contractors, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and retail sales. In addition to providing accounting and auditing services, she has extensive experience providing general business consulting to her clients, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, capital expenditures, personal and company policies and buy/sell agreements.
Cheryl graduated with a bachelor of arts from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant for the State of Michigan. Cheryl is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Christine M. Tudrick, CPA, Shareholder, joined the firm in 1999 and has over 30 years of experience providing accounting, tax and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. She has a passion for helping small business owners improve their accounting processes and training accounting department personnel. Her broad business background, thoroughness and attention to detail have enabled her to be an effective resource for her clients.
Christine attended Wayne State University on a four-year merit scholarship and graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in business administration, with a major in accounting. She has completed the Emerging Leaders program from Upstream Academy. Ms. Tudrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Clarissa M. McCoy is a Senior Manager in the Accounting and Auditing Department. She joined the firm in 2006 with 3 years previous experience. She has significant experience working with nonprofit and single audit entities as well as real estate management and developments, including HUD.
Clarissa holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and master in finance from Walsh College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Michigan Association from Certified Public Accounts.
Craig S. Skulsky, CPA is a Principal and joined Gordon Advisors in 2018 when the firmed merged with Tobias, Vandeputte & Skulsky. Craig began his accounting career in 1978 with Tobias, Vandeputte & Skulsky.
Craig's areas of expertise is in accounting, tax planning, individual and business taxes, trust administration, retirement plan administration, audits, and reviews. He applies this expertise across a broad range of industries including medical practices, construction, wholesale distributors, retail, manufacturing, mortgage companies, trusts, and not-for-profit organizations.
A graduate of Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Craig is licensed in Michigan, Florida, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA, MICPA, and FICPA.
A native of the Detroit area, Craig is an avid sports fan and is a regular at baseball, football, hockey, and basketball games. Craig also enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, traveling, and fine dining.
David M. Bojanic, CPA, is a Principal at Gordon Advisors after almost 30 years as a Shareholder, making the transition is part of his strategic succession plan. He has directed his efforts to the financial services industry where he's the managing shareholder of Gordon Financial Advisory Services, LLC. He specializes in investment and retirement planning and advises on college 529 plans, retirement plans and estate plans. He keeps his CPA license current and maintains a tax practice. In addition, Mr. Bojanic also has extensive experience in business valuations where he is a past member of the National Association of Business Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
Mr. Bojanic's strategic objective as a CPA and Independent Financial Advisor is to provide solutions and investment capabilities to his clients while at all times considering the tax implications. He holds series 7, 24, 51 and 63 securities registrations.
David is a graduate of Wayne State University where he received a bachelor of science degree in 1980. He began his career with Gordon Advisors shortly after graduation, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Bojanic is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of National Associated Certified Public Accounting Firms (NACPAF).
Douglas G. McKeon, CPA, M.S.T., is a Principal at Gordon Advisors, P.C. Mr. McKeon has extensive experience in the areas of auditing and accounting, corporate and personal taxes, and business consulting. He handles clients in a variety of business areas such as manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, construction, retail and service industries.
Mr. McKeon graduated from Walsh College with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and also has a Master of Science in Taxation from Walsh College. Mr. McKeon is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Douglas R. Wright, CPA is a Shareholder at Gordon Advisors, P.C., and is in charge of the firm's accounting and auditing department. He joined the firm in 1998 and has over thirty years of experience servicing primarily privately held companies and non-profit organizations.
Before joining Gordon Advisors, Mr. Wright began his public accounting career at a multi-national accounting firm and left in 1990 to form his own practice. In addition to providing accounting and auditing services, he has extensive experience providing general business consulting to his clients, especially relating to the design and assessment of their internal control and financial reporting systems. He also provides his clients corporate and personal taxation compliance work.
Mr. Wright is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). He is active within the accounting profession, has served as a director with the MICPA, and presents on a number of topics to other public accountants and business professionals. He currently serves as the Board Chair of Common Ground in Oakland County and volunteers in various leadership roles with Leader Dogs for the Blind, and the Royal Oak Sandlot League.
Mr. Wright focuses his continuing professional education on issues relevant to audits of small business and non-profit organizations, governmental auditing standards and tax issues facing non-profits.

Gary M. Vandeputte, CPA joined Tobias, Vandeputte & Skulsky, P.C. in 1978, after 8 short years Gary became a shareholder in their firm. Gary is now a principal with Gordon Advisors after the merger of Tobias, Vandeputte & Skulsky in July of 2018.
Gary's primary responsibilities revolve around the representation of closely held businesses, their owners, and their owners' families. These duties include tax advisory services, internal accounting work, and auditing oversight. Gary has worked with numerous industries including real estate, professional services, and tax-exempt organizations.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) degree from Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the AICPA and the MICPA.
When he's not at the office, you can usually find Gary spending time with his wife Lisa and their three sons, Brian, Kevin, and Steven.
Gary is an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Utica, and is also an enthusiastic golfer. In fact, if you're ever looking for a "fourth", give him a call!
Kevin E. Klein, CPA, M.S.F., is a Shareholder and in charge of the Non-profit and Governmental Division of Gordon Advisors, P.C. He has over thirty years of experience providing audit, tax, and consulting services in the non-profit and governmental area, as well as real estate management and development, including work with low-income housing tax credit projects, federal and state historic credits, brownfield credits, OMB Circular A-133, HUD, MSHDA, and USDA audits. He joined Gordon Advisors in 1995.
Mr. Klein received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Finance with High Distinction from Walsh College. He is active in the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Kiwanis Club of Sterling Heights High Noon serving as treasurer and has served as financial secretary at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Mr. Klein also volunteers time as an instructor in non-profit finance and accounting through the Michigan Nonprofit Association.
Laura Kotenko, CPA, MST, is a Senior Manager at Gordon Advisors, P.C., with a combination of experience that includes a decade of experience as a Controller and a decade of experience in public accounting where she specialized in tax. Her well rounded business experience and client service approach brings a strength to Gordon Advisor clients while her specialized tax training and experience provides depth for more technical issues.
Laura attended Walsh College, where she earned both her bachelor of accountancy and masters of science in taxation degrees.
Mark J. Wolak, CPA, CGMA, CMA is a Shareholder at Gordon Advisors, P.C. Prior to joining the firm, Mark was previously Shareholder at Tobias, Vandeputte & Skulsky, before its merger with Gordon Advisors in 2018. His professional background includes over 12 years of private accounting experience with a plastic laminate distributor and a plastic injection manufacturing company.
Mark has broad experience with a variety of industries, including wholesalers, manufacturers, professional services firms, and nonprofit organizations. Mark provides accounting, consulting and tax services for various entities and tax planning and preparation for individuals.
Holding a Bachelor of Accountancy from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration, Mark is also a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. He is a member of the AICPA and the MICPA
Born in Detroit and raised in Clinton Township, Mark has been married to Shelly for 38 years and has two daughters: Ashley and Megan and a grandson Austin.
Outside the office, Mark enjoys golf, martial arts, reading, home improvements, and vacationing with family and friends.
Mark R. Tuscany, CPA is a Senior Manager in the tax department at Gordon Advisors, P.C. He has over 35 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in the taxation of privately held businesses, individual income tax returns, business consulting, strategic planning, compilation and review engagements, financial statement preparation, litigation support services, and business valuation services. Mark also worked for two years as the Chief Financial Officer for a privately owned automotive supplier. His well-rounded experience is a tremendous asset for clients of Gordon Advisors, P.C.
Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Wayne State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mark is also actively involved in various volunteer efforts in his community.
Maureen M. Moraccini, CPA, is a Shareholder at Gordon Advisors, P.C. She joined the firm in 1998. Before joining Gordon Advisors, P.C., she began her public accounting career at a multinational accounting firm. She has extensive experience with manufacturing, construction, real estate, and non-profit clients. Maureen oversees internal control studies which include reviewing established system processes and, where needed, makes recommendations that improve internal control systems. She has excellent computer skills and knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
Maureen holds a bachelor of accountancy from Walsh College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association for Certified Public Accountants, the Small Business Association of Michigan and the Troy Chamber of Commerce.
Cheryl Mack, CPA, is a Principal at Gordon Advisors, P.C. Cheryl has over forty years of experience in the public accounting industry. She started her own practice, Mack & Megerian, in June, 1986, and merged her practice into Gordon Advisors in January, 2003.
Patricia A. Bojanic, CPA, M.S.T., joined Gordon Advisors, P.C. in 1984 and is a Principal in the firm. Specializing in taxation, Ms. Bojanic has expertise in the areas of tax planning, estates and trusts, medical professionals, high net worth individuals and IRS audit representation.
Patricia obtained her bachelor of accountancy from Walsh College in 1983 and her masters in taxation in 1990. She is an active member of the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Metro Detroit, the Health Care Advisors Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Troy Chamber of Commerce.
Paul J. Arment, CPA, is a Shareholder at Gordon Advisors, P.C. He has over 30 years of public accounting experience in Accounting and Auditing along with corporate, partnership, non-profit, personal taxation, estate and trust taxation as well as provides management consulting services to his various clients. Paul also heads up our employee benefit audit area. He joined Gordon Advisors in 1998.
Mr. Arment received his bachelor of arts in accounting from Michigan State University in 1988. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, a member of Michigan State University Alumni Association, he serves as an advisor for the Macomb Food Program, a member of the Knights of Columbus, serves as treasurer for the Ushers Club at St. Kieran's Catholic Church, and currently serves on St. Kieran's Stewardship commission. In addition, he is also past-president and board member of the Kiwanis Club of Shelby-Macomb and is a former member of Michigan State University External Accounting Advisory Board.
Paul J. Riva, CPA, became a Shareholder with Gordon Advisors in 1991 following ten years with the firm. As part of his strategic succession plan he is now an active Principal at Gordon Advisors. He has over thirty-five years' experience and possesses expertise working with manufacturing, construction, real estate, wholesale and non-profit organizations. He has been a qualified "Peer Reviewer", served for more than ten years on the MICPA Peer Review Committee, and has served on numerous peer reviews of other CPA firms. Mr. Riva was managing shareholder of the firm from 2001-2007 and served on its executive committee during the same time period.
A Phi Beta Kappa, Mr. Riva holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration, with high distinction from Wayne State University, which he attended on a four-year merit scholarship. He received his CPA certification in 1983, was certified in ISO 9000 in 1997, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Riva also holds Series 7 and 83 Securities Licenses.
Mr. Riva is the past president and board member of the Kiwanis Club of Sterling Heights, a member of the Sterling Heights Area Chamber of Commerce, and is active at DeLasalle Collegiate and St. Anne's Catholic Church in various activities. He also assists with other church and charitable organizations on a volunteer basis.
Scott D. O'Rourke, CPA, M.S.T., Shareholder, joined the firm in 1998 and thrives in the accounting and auditing department with Gordon Advisors, P.C. He has over fifteen years' experience providing accounting and tax support in an array of industries including manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution and service businesses.
Scott graduated from the University of Michigan - Flint with a bachelor in business administration, and holds a masters of science in taxation from Walsh College. Scott is a member of Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
