GRAY DUCK CONCESSIONS

I'm Chad, and my wife Kristi and I are the founders and owners of Gray Duck Concessions. We are excited to bring this food truck to you and our community. We have a long history of food vending, starting years back with a roasting business. We noticed a need for gluten-free options in the food vending space so we started to craft an idea to bring something to fill that niche. I took a break from the concession business and did some work in the corporate and retail restaurant world. All the while, we worked on what would become this truck. We live in White Bear Lake with our two kids. Outside of food trucks and events, we enjoy trips up to the North Shore and building community through volunteering... 100% Gluten Free mini doughnuts and pigs in a blanket!
