GROWING HEALTH TOGETHER

In December 2020 Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group invited Growing Health Together to assist groups of GP surgeries called Primary Care Networks, to collaborate with community members and local organisations in order to improve health and prevent disease across East Surrey. Growing Health Together is hosted by Alliance for Better Care... While the health service is vitally important, it largely focuses on doing the repairs. We build the conditions for health and wellbeing together in our communities. Can you help us grow health and wellbeing for yourself and others in East Surrey?... Inviting people living and working across East Surrey to collaboratively create conditions for overall well-being.
