As our primary focus, we are dedicated to making high quality organic food accessible to all local families, regardless of their financial situation... We provide the necessary information, experience, and support (financial, etc) to students so that they will successfully launch their own operation... As of 2017 we are focusing on microGREEN crops. And, in case you have not yet about microGREENS, they are the very young seedling stage (before formation of True Leaves) that are planted in SOIL and harvested when they are just 2" to 5" tall (depending on plant, market and flavor profile needed).
