Kathy Hagedorn

Kathy Hagedorn has over thirty years of experience in Human Capital Management, primarily with colleges and universities. She works with clients to enhance talent management strategy, performance and compensation systems, and leadership development. Kathy served as vice president for human resources at Saint Louis University, before she and her husband founded The Hagedorn Institute in 2007. Prior to her work at Saint Louis University, she held human resource management positions with NASA Johnson Space Center, and the National Geospacial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Kathy received bachelor and master's degrees from Saint Louis University, graduating summa cum laude, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. During Kathy's time as VP of HR, Saint Louis University was recognized by the Saint Louis Business Journal as the "Best Place to Work' among all large employers, and by CUPA-HR for Excellence in Human Resource Management.
