huc, which stands for hands up city, was created as a solution to the problem of those last minute situations where you need something done right now and you just can't wait. With the chaos of life being an ever present problem, we realized that life happens and you often need to or want to have something done now as opposed to waiting. And who has the time and patience to call around HOPING to find a qualified and well-rated professional who can help and has immediate availability?
