The precise organisation of each product is vital to the success of every item. The journey will begin as I collect the supplies necessary for the item, carefully laying out - in order - what I will use. I store my harbourside scene small accessories ready-made in small glass jars to maximise efficiency and time management. After I have cut the recycled wood to size in order to form the cottages, I select an accompaniment of blocks and a base that I believe will be visually pleasing together. Then I sand the blocks individually to smooth the edges, corners and walls, by hand whilst wearing protective clothing.
