Carla A. Katz is Of Counsel to the firm. Ms. Katz is a member of the faculty at the School for Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) at Rutgers University where she teaches labor studies and law. Prior to joining the faculty full-time, she taught at SMLR as a Visiting Lecturer for more than twelve years teaching courses in Collective Bargaining, Union Organizing and Occupational Safety and Health among others. Ms. Katz also writes and lectures on politics, power, and issues that affect working women and men. Her practice is primarily focused on public sector labor and employment law. Jillian A. S. Roman is a member of the law firm.
