His first few years as a REALTOR® were spent as a listing specialist and buyers representative for the Roger Thedford Team in Coppell. Blair has also recently acquired his certification as Buffini Certified Mentor. His hobbies include golf and hunting. Blair and his wife, Anne-Marie, who is a professional home stager and interior design specialist, live in Coppell and have raised three children-Cheston, Bridgette and Travis. They are active in church and various community activities.

Joining RE/MAX DFW Associates in 1997, Cyndi started her career at a top advertising firm in Detroit and has since held marketing positions in a variety of industries. In addition to her marketing duties, Cyndi is a Certified Google Adwords Professional, TREC MCE Instructor and teaches technology systems at RE/MAX DFW, providing agents the know-how to market themselves effectively using RE/MAX and industry technologies. Cyndi has also been awarded the RE/MAX of Texas Excellence in Advertising Award ten times in multiple categories. Born and raised in the military in Colorado, Cyndi moved to Dallas nearly 20 years ago. She and her husband Fred live in Lantana and have one grown daughter.

Mark Wolfe's over 40 years of experience in business and real estate management have given him and his company the edge needed to stand out in the marketplace. For the last 29 years Mr. Wolfe has structured his firm so every agent has a say in the business of the company by participating in committees, with the ability to vote on changes and advancements for the firm. He provides professional guidance in the form of office managers in all seven facilities. Mark Wolfe has been a REALTOR® for 41 years starting his career at the age of 22 immediately after college. He opened RE/MAX DFW Associates with his wife Kay in March 1983, and he is the president and co-owner of the company. He has received numerous honors including RE/MAX International Broker/Owner of the Year, RE/MAX of Texas Broker/Owner of the Year and the Easterwood Cup from the Greater Dallas Association of REALTORS®. He served as the 2004 president of the Greater Dallas Association of REALTORS®. A strong advocate of advanced agent education, he has earned his CRB and ABR designations. He and his wife Kay reside in Coppell-a suburb of Dallas. He is a lifelong Dallas resident and in their spare time they enjoy travel, especially to Europe and New England. For the past several years the Wolfe's have become hooked on cruises, and now every year they take an overseas cruise to faraway ports that takes them away from the world of real estate-but of course Mark is always looking for the local RE/MAX office, since RE/MAX is now in 95 countries! It is in his blood!

Licensed in 2001, Robert brings an extensive background in sales, management and various real estate technologies. Robert began his real estate career in the 1990's as the sales rep for Realtor.com in the Texas region. Introducing agents in Texas and the Southwest to the Realtor.com system, teaching agents not only the importance of an internet presence, but how to brand themselves on the internet and increase their traffic and visibility. He and his wife Lisa live in Coppell and have three boys. He is very active in youth sports and school activities with his children.

Steve is a seventh generation native Texan and has been with RE/MAX since 1992. He is a RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement recipient, and was voted by his peers as REALTOR® of the Year. In 2005, Steve was named Sales Manager and Director of Real Estate Services where he assists Mark Wolfe in directing the operations of the company including the overview of technology, equipment and website development. Steve and his wife, Revis live in Highland Village and have a daughter and son both in college, hoping to graduate soon.
