HIGHLAND MODEL A CLUB

The six Model "A" enthusiasts who founded the Club were: John Minsberg, Ron Johnson, Jack Lessie, Ed Aumiller, Jim Nolen and Don Schaller. Ron Johnson served the Club as founding director. An ad in the local paper to attract additional Model-A'ers resulted in a total of 33 members for 1964. A 1931, 2-door sedan, purchased from Paul Moller, was raffled off and the net profit became the first funds of the Club treasury.
