BRADLEY FOX (Ponca City, OK), Vice-Chair, is the Director of Human Resources for Evans & Associates Enterprises, Inc. headquartered out of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Service has always been a strong and guiding influence in his life; after High School Bradley enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and then the Oklahoma Army National Guard, where he served his country for 14 years. Bradley was deployed for two combat tours: one in Iraq from 2007 - 2008, and another in Afghanistan from 2011 - 2012. Bradley attended Northern Oklahoma College in 2012, finishing his degree in 2015 at Rogers State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. After his military career was finished, he still felt the need to continue serving his community where he is able, which has led him to become a board member for the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce, the Chair of the Community Development Committee, a Trustee for the Chamber Tourism Committee, and to complete the Ponca City Leadership Class in 2020.
Interim Regent Fox was appointed by Gov. Kevin Stitt in 2021 to a five-year term as a member of Northern Oklahoma College Board of Regents, pending Senate confirmation. His term expires in June 2026.

JASON A. TURNBOW (Enid, OK), Secretary, is Vice President and Commercial Lender with Security National Bank of Enid. A native of Enid, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State in 1999. Jason is current Chairman of the Greater Enid Chamber of Commerce and serves on the boards for the Enid Regional Development Alliance, Autry Education Foundation, United Way of Northwest Oklahoma and The Commons Continuing Care Retirement Community.
JODI R. CLINE (Ponca City, OK), Member, is a financial advisor and limited partner with Edward Jones Investments in Ponca City where she has served her community the past fifteen years. Jodi has a passion for community service and continues to serve in various capacities on several state and local boards, including Leadership Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Center for Non-Profits. She was appointed by Gov. Mary Fallin in 2018 to a five-year term as a member of the Northern Oklahoma College Board of Regents. Her term expires in June 2023.

MICHAEL P. MARTIN (Stillwater, OK), Member, is an attorney at Martin, Jean, Jackson Attorneys at Law in Stillwater. Martin attended Oklahoma State University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2005. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2008 and was admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma that same year. Michael is a member of the advisory board for the Oklahoma Association for Justice. He also holds membership in the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Kay County Bar Association, Payne County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Oklahoma Association for Justice. Regent Martin was appointed by Gov. Kevin Stitt in 2019 to a five-year term as a member of Northern Oklahoma College Board of Regents. His term expires in June 2024.
