Courage S. Agbeti is our Program Director. Prior to his new role, Courage had served as the Senior Leadership Development Manager and as a Leadership Development Manager at Teach For Nigeria. As a Program Director, Courage is responsible for general operations while directing the overall program of the organization. He specializes in training, team management, leadership and capacity building for change.

Gladys O. Omotuyole is our Lead, Partnership & Development. Prior to that, she served as the Administrative Officer for one year where she supported the organization to drive holistic change. Gladys was driven to pursue Administration from her passion for helping people develop excellence in work ethics and different skills such as communication, networking, critical thinking & planning alongside life skills in the place of work.
Jacinta Omoudu is our Administrative Officer. Prior to Hope Builders, She has worked as a class Teacher in Several Schools. She is passionate about helping people to grow, learn to think critically, and develop enduring bonds with them, even after they've left school. Jacinta is a graduate of Science Laboratory Technology (Biology/Microbiology option) from Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria.

Mathias B. Yashim is our Founder and Executive Director. He is a Counselling Psychologist and a proud Fellow of the Counselling Association of Nigeria (FCASSON). As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), his expertise is visible in the areas of project management, performance improvement and consultancy-consulting according to ISO 20700.
