HOPE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT

The Hope Partnership Project Collaborative works to connect differing areas of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) operations and information by pulling in agencies, organizations, and community members into a unified forum. We offer formal and informal points of contact and speed-up critical SUD decision-making in our county as well as real-time information around services, care gaps and successful programs. The Hope Partnership Project Advisory Committee is a standing committee for the purpose of working with the HPP organizations and members as well as HPP-related grants. The committee advises on matters that directly concern the HPP programs, grants, and fundraising efforts.
