Andrea Michelle Dudley-Staton

Andrea Michelle Dudley-Staton is employed with Roberson Health Care Corporation as a Clinical Counselor/Qualified Professional Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse. She has been a Guardian Ad Liem Officer with PITT County for 10 years as well as a member, DREAM - a social and civic organization, and Picasso which deals with those living with HIV. She serves as a crisis team member/facilitator for gang awareness in Washington County and as a domestic violence team member for Edgecombe County. She lives by the belief that you should "always aim high, reach for the start. The sky is the limit and can truly be yours just for the asking." Ms. Dudley is the proud mother of one son, currently an honor student at East Carolina University.

Charniece Harris

Charniece Harris is the Founder and President of House of HUGS for Women & Children. Having struggled with active addiction for 30 years, she experienced homelessness and battled depression. Ms. Harris found recovery through her relationship with Jesus Christ and a 12-Step Spiritual program. Sharing freely her experience, she seeks to help the still sick and suffering addict achieve complete recovery- mentally, physically, and spiritually. The evidence and recipient of God's Grace, her passion is for the broken woman. Ms. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University. She is an author, successful entrepreneur, and works in the finance industry .

Jennifer Harrup

Jennifer Harrup is the Director of counseling at East Coast Counseling in Greenville, NC. She received her MS degree in Substance Abuse Counseling /Clinical Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling from ECU in 2006. She is a licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS),Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Specialist Supervisor (LCMHCS), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Ms. Harrup uses an individualized approach to counseling and facilitates several process groups for clients with substance abuse issues. She is the treatment provider for a federal drug court treatment program within Eastern NC based in Greenville, NC. She enjoys working with this diverse and often underserved population. Phoenix Hinson is employed with the City of Greenville in the Housing Division, overseeing the City's down payment assistance programs. He received an Associate degree in Human Health Technology from PITT Community College. Mr. Hinson previously worked in the mental health field with special needs children and owned a home daycare for 10 years. He has now served over 24 years in the Housing Counselor field. Mr. Hinson enjoys working with individuals seeking to purchase homes -providing budget and credit counseling as well as homeownership education. He also works with nonprofit entities to create affordable rental units and construction of affordable single-family homes.

Rickie Corey

Rickie Corey is a former soldier of the National Guard and United States Army with over 23 years in recovery from drugs and and alcohol. He owned and operated a successful commercial trucking company until his retirement in 2018. Even while enjoying the fruits of his labor, he remains an active participant in a 12 Step Spiritual program, doing service work and sponsoring other individuals as they walk out their Road to Recovery. He also maintains a sponsor himself. He freely gives of his time to help others suffering from active addiction, firmly believing that "one addict helping another is with parallel".

Sheila Mariner

Sheila Mariner is employed with Port Health Services in the detox facility as a Substance Abuse Counselor. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Human Services with a concentration in Substance Abuse from PITT Community College. Having gone through her own personal struggle with drugs, Ms. Mariner finally surrendered to the addiction that had a hold on her and entered into a 12-Step Program. With the help of God and the program, she now has over 13 years of recovery. She is passionate about giving back to the community and helping others who struggle learn how to stay clean and find a new way to live.
