HR Smart Solutions Group was founded by Soraya Lashley, a bilingual SHRM certified HR Director with over 25 years of extensive experience in both the private sector and PEO industry. She has worked with a varied list of clients in the private sector (to include technology, retail, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, and many other industries. From the creation and delivery of strategic HR plans for organizations to the nitty gritty of contract issues and employee relations, she has delivered results and developed great working relationships in the most challenging and evolving of environments... We are not just about creating policies and procedures or trotting out employment law (although it helps to know those, obviously…). We are all about understanding you and providing pragmatic ways to help you improve your business, making sure the people in it are right for the job, motivated to do their best and given the autonomy, support and tools to succeed.
