Sam Jayasundera - Founder

With over 20 years working in corporate and entrepreneurial environments, Sam is a dynamic leader with proven experience as a HR professional. Sam has worked globally in the technology and financial services sectors, managing multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multicultural business environments. In these executive roles, Sam was called on to develop and implement diversity & inclusion strategies, pioneer culture and digital transformation initiatives, undertake strategic HR development & employee engagement and other change management initiatives. Prior to creating Humanasity, Sam was responsible for a large-scale digital transformation culture change for one of the largest Banks in the Middle East. Sam is both a Fortune 500 Executive and an entrepreneur having grown her own successful HR Consultancy previously. Sam is a graduate of Leicester University in HR Management. She is also an MBTI and Predictive Index certified practitioner.

Sara Stephan

Sara has spent her career developing and supporting the client experience and takes pride in going above and beyond client expectations with a positive attitude. Prior to joining Humanasity, Sara was a Customer Service Supervisor with Avis. Sara joins our family as our lead in Client Support & Administration. Sara will also manage all social media platforms for Humanasity.
