Mr. Chidi is a CPA (1999) licensed by the state of California and graduated from the University of Nigeria with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Accounting. Before joining CNHF, Mr. Chidi was employed by a large multi-specialty medical group which operated primarily in the managed care section of the healthcare industry. He started off as an accountant and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Chidi has extensive experience in managed healthcare finance, tax and accounting.
As the Director of Operations, Jigar is responsible for leading and monitoring internal operations and implementation of technologies used by Hispanic Physicians. Mr. Baraiya holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication. With experience of over ten years in the technology industry and seven years in the managed care industry, he is focused on streamlining internal processes to achieve better quality and increasing automation.

Mrs. Harriet Parker joins Nivano and brings her thirty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry with her. Her background consists of nursing, managed care and leadership experience. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Alabama. Harriett is certified in Six Sigma and LEAN process improvement and is CPHQ certified as a Quality Health Care Profession. She is grateful to be part of such an amazing team and looks forward to helping those in need.
Ms. Linette Roe brings over eight years of experience in the healthcare IPA industry. She graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and minor in Medical Office Administration and Human Resources. As the Senior Operations Manager, she is responsible for leading and monitoring internal operations, customer service, and implementation of technologies used by Hispanic Physicians. She is committed to driving company growth while remaining focused on a quality customer experience.

Patricia Barajas brings over eighteen years of nursing experience with a focus in managed care. She has served in leadership roles for major health plans specializing in Utilization Management and Care Management. Her specialty training includes process improvement, Lean process and Care Management software development. Patricia is committed in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the UM program to ensure the organization meets the quality, integrity and standards set by the organization.

Yolanda serves as the Contracts and Credentialing Director for Hispanic Physicians. She is responsible for establishing and managing Hispanic's network contracts. She also helps develop the Primary Care, Specialty and Ancillary network. Furthermore, Yolanda manages all credentialing responsibilities and audits for our IPA. Mrs.Garcia is a seasoned professional that brings over 28 years of managed care experience in the healthcare industry specializing in both the payer and practice management sides.
